Breakfast was too sparse. An apple or banana as the breakfast? One coffee or juice? Cmon. Also… limited TV channels, no movie options, couldn’t get the main PBS channel

We were told when I booked the room that we would have a balcony but there was none . I’m not sure any of the rooms had balconies . We checked in just a little earlier than expected so maybe we were given a room without a balcony . Would be nice if there was a restaurant in the hotel .

The price is not a good match for what it offers. It looks glam, but the end product is just the same as any other 4-star hotel.

The hotel is very good. Neat bathrooms, clean bedrooms. The pool is very beautiful. We loved our stay. The only con is the price. It could have costed 25%-30% less for what it offers, compared to other hotels.

In the past I have breakfast including this time doesn’t include breakfast. And the prices from the eating cafe is too high( expensive) way too expensive.

Is clean, the staff is very friendly, everyone have a great customer service including the housekeeping ladies. Location is great. And willing help always we arrived so tired after a long drive and they lets us do an early check in.

I didn’t like the fact that breakfast is not buffet style. The facility gives you a piece of paper to take to the Bistro and it only covers 2 people per room. The voucher only has certain items that you can order. No matter how many people you put on your reservation you only get 2 breakfast tickets.

Breakfast wasn't what I expected when it's included or presented as an option, it was sufficient but very basic - choice of one of: bagel, sandwich, yogurt or fruit cap and choice of bottles juice or coffee. Everything else was as advertised;)

Staff not helpful in regards to receiving packages. Everyone had a different view. Do not recommend sending packages here. Why reject certain packages if a reservation is paid for.

The hot water in my room, didn't really work well. although I made several complaints to the staff to go and check it out, they still never fixed it nor corrected it nor did they offer any accommodates for not having consistent hot water..

We had a reservation for 3 people and the breakfast was only for 2 guests, this is written in the small letters so be careful. The first days of our stay the breakfast menu was good, but in the last 2 days it suddenly changed to one drink and one sandwich.

The pool had a lot of leaves and the hot tub was not very hot for a December stay.

Room was spacious and comfy for a family of four. We were given a balcony room which was awesome.

On the 5th floor, I had to run the water 30 minutes to get hot. Next day, turn hot water on to get in the shower, putting shampoo in hair, and the water completely goes off. No water hot or cold. Called the front desk, was and told me to wait with the water on, and it would eventually come back on. So, I had to stand in the shower for 10 minutes with soap in my hair before it came back on. Other than that it was great.
