The tub was clogged when we got there. Maintenance did fix it later in the day. The 2nd day, the toilet would not flush.

Location was good. The room was clean. Did have a small breakfast available-cereal, fruit, yogurt, waffles and coffee.

Carpeting in all areas of facility need a deep cleaning. Room where breakfast was served was dirty. Wide windowsills were soiled and had dead bugs on them; right next to the table that had the waffle maker, etc on it.

It was dark and dreary. Very basic, no fridge or microwave in room. Dog was barking all morning. The breakfast was a joke, packs of instant oatmeal, small boxes of cereal and a waffle iron. The tub facet leaked continuously and the drain was extremely slow. Really needs a makeover.

Seeing the dead mice in the laundry room and by the vending machine, there were cum stains on the chair in our room, the rooms were hard to get into the knows of the door were bad the stay went past 3 days instead it went past 4 days before we got our rooms clean. I had to beg for rags towels and toilet paper everyday the cereal was stale in the breakfast room was out of date so I made a waffle instead. The laundry room has a foul smell from the dead mice it made my daughter sick. I bought 3 rooms the carpet was dirty could walk barefoot

Hotel is super understaffed, 5 nights and we had to beg for our two rooms to be cleaned and have trash removed and fresh towels. We never did get rooms cleaned but had towels refilled and trash out ONCE. We get it that T Swift concert on Friday and Saturday nights filled up the hotel but nearly nobody there our other nights and they should have planned for it. We had to pay an exorbitant VAT tax due to the concert. We were there to bury my wife’s sister who died on Wednesday and was buried the following Monday. Hotel was obviously once nice but has been neglected and in need of updating and more staff

Beds were comfortable, front desk staff very friendly despite being very understaffed. Waffle machine worked and they had fruit loop’s cereal and yogurt for breakfast

My only complaints are that the elevator was malfunctioning on several different floors. It would not go down from the 6th floor, although it would from the other floors. Several people had trouble with it. It was unexpectedly unpleasant to deal with. On any given floor certain buttons would stop working. The stairs were unclean and downright creepy. All I would ask for is better (at least decently clean) stairs and a properly functioning elevator!!

No refrigerator or microwave in room, not a huge deal, but I brought food store in fridge. Hotel itself was cold, you needed a jacket to walk around the halls. Breakfast was eh... it was cereal, oatmeal, and waffles.

Friendly staff, kids enjoyed the pool. Room was clean. Location was good, right off of 71, plenty of restaurants near by.

I booked 2 rooms and they were booked together but the rooms were on two different floors and opposite ends of the hotel.

Pool closed early the breakfast is garbage. Waffle and old milk and oats and a apple that's it. Breakfast area needs cleaned. They have a place in there called the oasis club that served actual breakfast food but I'm guessing that cost extra.

The hotel was very obviously short-staffed. There was one man running the front desk, and he was having to deal with a rude (and very insistent) customer, which meant we had to wait quite a while to be checked in. There were two doors in our room, and the first one that I tried to use would not open, and the door handle fell off. The room was very small, and we had no window, except for one that showed out into the hallway. The AC unit was in two pieces, with the front having broken off, and was laying on the ground. The inside that was showing was totally covered in dirt and dust, but thankfully it did still do it's job. We aren't picky, so this wasn't anything we cared about too much, but definitely not worth the money.

There was not a mini fridge in the room as stated in the description. Also, there is a lot of maintenance that needs done on the rooms. Very outdated. The free breakfast definitely could use more options.

Staff was amazing. Really nice and helpful; always a genuine smile on their faces and happy to help. Room was clean, although could use updating.
