You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The lighting in my room was very dim.The business conference center needs some looking into it was untidy and the microwave oven was the last thing I wanted to use to heat up the pizza.
Your staff was excellent, very friendly and very cordial and courteous. . The breakfast fare was also perfect..

The cafeteria did not open at the time they said it would and the shuttle service was late but the front desk staff looked for other ways to help us.
The front desk staff and restaurant waiter were very helpful and nice. The Bar Restaurant serves very good food.

My room smelled like cigarettes. Wall paper was peeling away from the wall and decor was too dark for such a small room.
Great customer service at reception. I was early and was immediately checked in. Bed was comfortable. There was spilled food on my floor near another room. I told a member of staff who took care of it immediately.

The surroundings are a bit of a warehouse feeling but the hotel has a garded parking so it is fine. But I would not walked around at night…

Insisting on Deposit and not allowing you to go to the room initially even though the room was paid for, was surprising to us. The corridor and the room had a lingering smell, which we did not like.
Room is spacious and clean. Toilet is very good. TV is good.

It’s kind of dated but extremely clean. Also to access the entrance is a little tricky so pay attention. There’s a $22 parking fee. I didn’t mind the price to park but would have liked to know beforehand. The two ladies at the front desk were very nonchalant and not welcoming. I felt like I did something wrong or owed them something. They didn’t even tell me where my room was or how to get there. Someone from housekeeping had to assist me to find the elevators, and the restaurant.
The restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and the wonderful woman who checked us out the next day.

Staff were lovely, the hotel is dated but the rooms are clean and the beds super comfortable. The buffet breakfast included coffee, tea, juices, scrambled eggs, sausages, beef patties, roast potatoes and a sizable selection of pastries. The shuttle bus was free to and from LAX P4.

The breakfast wasn't worth the pay taste-wise, but the experience was overall positive.
The hotel has an ideal location in case you just hopped off a long flight and want a place to crash near the airport. That's exactly what we did, and it was a pleasant experience. I very much appreciate the hotel's service of a shuttle picking you up at the airport and driving you straight to the accomodation. The hotel itself is okay, clean and rather comfortable.

When I wanted to take a shower, I couldn’t get the hot water on but it was late and I was too tired to care to phone reception. However, water in the sink did get hot.

At check-in, I was told of a possible extra $50 charge on my card if I smoked in the room, which to me a sign of a low class hotel although the rates had increased by30% since my last stay. My computer couldn't get wifi (it asked for user name they couldn't supply) but my phone could with only the password. The mattress was sagging on the side. Covid is on the rise again, and the hotel sent me an email in advance advising me to wear a mask. I appreciated that, and I did comply, but I saw no one in the hotel wearing one. A guest in the elevator with me and a member of staff were coughing and sneezing.
The shuttle service to and from the airport was quick and dependable. The breakfast was good, with eggs and a variety of other dishes. I especially liked the potatoes. The coffee server was polite and quick. The reception staff was polite.

Getting there isn't as easy as it seems. there is a shuttle to/from parking garage associated at airport train, but it's bus from terminal to train, train to the right parking lot, then the shuttle... it took me an hour.
The Crown plaza was close to airport, clean and affordable.
