Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Nothing. Everything was good.
Rooms are large. The hotel was quiet. Bed was comfortable with lots of large pillows. Breakfast was great. It was buffet still with eggs, fried potatoes, sausage, fruit, cereal, etc. Food tasted very good. I used the exercise room which was very nice. The pool looked very nice but did not use it. Would stay again!

The hotel is 30 minute drive from the city center, the exercise room is rather small
The hotel is really cozy, there is a park nearby where you can run, the breakfast in form of buffet was nice

Pool and hot tub was crowded with families and kids that appeared to be at the hotel just to use this service. They were very loud and not well mannered. It made using the hot tub not very relaxing after a day of skiing.

The rooms has a bit of a funky smell and being located next to the freeway made it a bit noisy. It’s an older building but nicely maintained. Especially in the price range.
I liked the cleanliness. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Linens were clean and fresh. The breakfast was great!

The rooms had obviously been updated which is great. But whoever did the work did a crapy job. Piss poor work is very noticeable. Im not a construction worker and I could tell it was poorly done. On another note. My bed was too soft. but that's a personal thing. You cant please everyone all the time.

Room generally clean, but when a chair was moved, it was apparent that it had not been moved to clean in a very long time.
Very good location and convenient for skiing both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Huge sized rooms. Very good breakfast including scrambled eggs and sausage links. Bedding was updated, newer and clean. Remainder of furnishings, fixtures and equipment somewhat dated. Excellent value.

Stayed multiple nights and the single elevator broke down several times. The hot breakfast was the same every day. A little variety would be welcomed. Also only available until 9am. Housekeeping was by request and had to be 24 hours in advance, rather than opt out.
The pool was clean and stocked with towels. The rooms and building were clean. The price was affordable.

No daily service so you must ask for towels, etc. but that was not a problem for us.

We arrived late and were hungry. I thought the snacks for purchase was a great idea. We were able to grab a few snacks and heat them in the microwave that was in the room. The breakfast buffet had plenty of food for guests and we were pleased to see the healthy choices.
