Quiet clean room in back

Parking can be an issue. Some dirty dishes. All stuffed under sink. No paper towels in kitchen to keep cleaned up. One lamp not plugged in. Nothing major.

The manager/owner was super helpful and let us know about the options to park our large truck and trailer. The room has a nice full kitchen. The mattresses were so comfy

The outside needs some updating. Don't let it scare you off though! Great value, comfortable room , wonderful staff.

Had to park in the street around the corner as the lot was full. The walk wasn't long and didn't seem dangerous.

They upgraded my room at no charge, it was the one with a full kitchen. Shower was beautiful, room was large, kitchen well stocked, room seemed clean. A family could easily stay there comfortably with two large beds, and a couch that could be a small child's bed.

There were. not reading lights by the bed. The shower was small and the floor was a little uneven. Parking was limited and a bit tight, but there seemed to be enough for each of the 15 rooms. There are security cameras and I felt safe. No ice machine.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and fresh. The towels were also clean. The refrigerator worked. Free Parking was nice. Coffee maker and coffee in room. There was a terrific place to eat 2 minutes down the road called the Corner Diner. Really great breakfast! The staff were very friendly and helpful in orienting me as a first time visitor to Ventura.

Could use an additional mirror in room/ vanity space. Not a lot of parking, but side street parking right next. Stairs are loud, so would stay opposite side next time.

One drawback was no formal closet, but a clothes rack was provided. The shower and adjacent sink area were clean, but there were only two small bars of soap and minimal toiletries. There were also a limited number of electrical outlets accessible near the bedside closest to the front door, that also had an end table lamp which I couldn't plug in. These are comparatively small inconveniences for the reasonable price and quality of the room.

The manager was very friendly and offered me a larger room with full kitchen at no extra charge. The room was in the back and upstairs, so we didn't hear traffic or noise from the one adjacent room. Best feature was the stand-up shower had strong hot water pressure.

The room came with a kitchen, but there were practically no dishes, utensils, or other kitchen supplies. Also, the location wasn't the best.

While the exterior isn't very inviting, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything worked well.

I did wish I had brought ear plugs because I could hear a lot of little sounds. To be fair, I'm used to almost zero noise at night while sleeping.

Wonderful customer service. The beds are very clean and really comfortable. Nice coffee machine with condiments provided. I got a free parking spot by the room.

2nd story and only one staircase

We were upgraded to a family suite. 3 comfortable beds, and kitchenette with full size fridge and stove. A large room.

Bedside lamps very dim, and very hard to read by them. Yet 3 lights over the bathroom sink were blindingly bright.
