I enjoyed my stay the only thing was that i couldn’t cancel one room with them, so I had to pay for full price so like 200 bucks down the drain on one room, and I didn’t like that there was always a guy in boxers outside smoking when I would step outside, I didn’t feel safe until I was inside my room or in my vehicle.

The room was nice for the price I enjoyed my stay the king suite was nice very affordable and comfy slept like a baby which was the main important thing for me.

The hotel is older and you can tell they have done some repairs, the carpet in the hallway is nasty the doors to the room could use a good coat of paint. The breakfast was microwave stuff. Room was very bare. Only had 1 night stand between the beds. The last night we stayed (we only stayed Friday and Saturday) the vent in the bathroom started leaking. The vent was over our toilet. (I found out the hard way). I noticed it was when the upstairs flushed their toilet. I did not complain that night, it was late and I didn’t realize it was sewer till the next morning when it had leaked throughout the night hitting the toilet seat and in the bowl. The water was brown. When we went down to speak to someone (615am) we were told that the manager would be in at 7am. We were told we could call since I was ready to get out of there. I had to clean up the bathroom before my daughter could use it. I called about 8:30am was told the manager went on a walk and he would be back at some point!! I called again this time it was around 11am and was told the manager just left and since it was Sunday, the man on the phone said he wasn’t sure if the manager was coming back. There was a different story each time I called. This man ask me what my problem was. I told him about the leak and that was nasty. He made up some excuse and told me I could call back Monday and hopefully the manager would be there. I called still no manager to talk too by this time Im tired of the run around. Needless to say I still have NOT got to talk to a manager and I waited to write this review to see what the outcome was going to be. A few dollars off would have been ok, but not avoiding customers who have a valid reason to complain. Will not be staying here again.

A/C in room not on room temperature was hot and musty; refrigerator was not plugged in and the inside had water in it and a musty odor. Excuse given was that they were remodeling.

To be honest the hotel smelled like cigarettes, for the price of the hotel room I paid relatively high for a room that was very run down very old furniture rust in the shower the room smelled like mold/mildew

Everything was fine but the bathroom needs lots of work. Mold on ceiling, sink clog, hand towel rack fell off, toilet not secured to floor and bath tub has chip. I belive for the price we paid for room bath room should be in better shape

The bathroom was dirty, holes in the walls stains around the toilet, bathtub and shower curtain. Pool and hot tub were closed didn't state that on the site. Also we paid for breakfast and got a bag of snacks cookies, and random stuff. Asked for towels several times, luckily ran into some guy who was able to give us some before he left for the day.

The maintenance was lacking. Hole by the back door where the old scan card used to be. Spilled milkshake by that door for 3 days we were there. Carpet had rips in it and rust in the tub. Shower didnt fully function and the toilet flapper would get stuck causing the toilet to run until it was manually fixed. The staff was friendly but the entire hotel was booked so asking for another room was pointless.

The staff was friendly and had good conversation skills.

Website needs to be updated. I booked here because the website stated pool availability and breakfast which both of these things were not offered due to COVID. I have stayed in nicer hotels and have paid less.

I only liked the location since it was close to my nieces apartment.

Checked in about 6pm since check in time stated it was at 4 & we got in town early we went to beach instead first. When I checked in person in front said he had to switch our room cause the one for use still wasn't ready! So I said okay right. Thinking no problem may just a busy day or short staffed. Got our key didn't work we couldn't get in neither way the front clerk told us we could enter. So went back to the front to get another key had to go through main lobby this time & one key worked but the other didn't again. Got in the room wasn't clean hair everywhere beds,tables, & counter tops dirt on main sink also. Before I let myself my husband or children touch anything I took it among myself to pull my gloves out & disinfect everywhere. Sprayed lysol all over the beds & pillows couch carpet curtains. Grabbed my wipes clorax & lysol wipes wiped anything down even remote & placed in ziplock bag. Good thing we brought blankets with us cause I didn't allow anyone under the blankets!! I placed our blankets on top one on each bed let me kids lay on them like that since they were our own blankets & get covered with our own blankets. We didn't use any pillows neither!! Only reason we stayed & didn't leave cause everywhere was booked completely no rooms!! Good thing it was only one night.

What i liked was close to lots of stores & restaurants for your needs. Wasn't a far drive.
