What is with the breakfast? What a joke, false advertising . Will contact Wyndham and see if this meets their standards

The website said complimentary breakfast. It was not provided. The hallways were pretty dirty and wreaked of marijuana and cigarette smoke. In my room there were multiple spiders and cobwebs that my fiance had to kill.

We had to wait on a room to be cleaned. It didn't take terribly long, but the front desk worker didn't seem to care that we had to wait. She made it seem like this was a regular occurrence. Continental breakfast was a paper sack with a granola bar (not even a good flavor) and a mini bottle of water located next to the front desk. There was only one sack that actually had a granola bar. The rest had already been picked through, leaving only water.

The price was great. I'm happy that they had double king rooms. The manager was friendly and more helpful than his front desk worker.

The elevator was out of service (room was on top floor). Had a difficult time finding the room because the room numbers were out of order. The pillows were... weird. It was almost like they were folded in half and stuffed into a pillowcase. There wasn't a "continental breakfast" - just coffee (that wasn't even good), a single orange juice (that had probably been sitting out for too long), and a single granola bar. That's not very "continental" if you ask me - and it's not like we waited until 9:30 to go...

Room was nice, clean & spacious. Everything was functional. It was very close to where we were going. Reasonably priced for a 1 night stay.

No tv. Had to use a phone to entertain ourselves. Was told they were in the middle of changing carriers, but didn't bother saying anything at Check-in

The jacuzzi tub was comfortable and a good size for a couple.

The pillows was so small . you can hear ppl going up and the hallways especially dang 3:30 -4 in the morning ppl trying to sleep . The tub was nasty around the corners , no I didn’t take a picture I didn’t think about it

Waited 45 minutes to check in , one person at the desk. No soap in the bathroom. Only one coffee packet in room. I drink at least two of those cups. The outside door to the rooms was Never locked while at the hotel. You could see the hallway through the latch side of Mr door into the room. A little nervous about my safety. Expected more for a place with the name Wyndham on it! .

Bed was comfortable it was quiet.

The lighting was terrible, the pillow cases did not look washed, there was people out in the hallway yelling and cursing at 3:30 am, the door to get into building C did not lock so anyone could just walk into the hotel at that entrance. It allows smoking and smelled terrible. The hotel just appeared ran down and the room and bathroom did not look thoroughly cleaned.

That's not breakfast, barely a snack if there's any even left duringthetime they say it's provided. Staff can be rude. No elevator to 2nd floor, which is alot when carrying luggage.

Size of room was great, beds were comfortable, location was good, price was good.

Rooms were under managed due to it being hardly cleaned, booked same room twice and came back to the room dirtier and not redressed to new room standards. Placed in one room with fresh blood stains to be sent to another with uncleaned or stained bedding, horrible toilet choice, tv was so static it was unwatchable, and fridge would constantly power of and defrost causing stand and carpet to be soaked with water…. But the pool was nice!
