I requested a room with a crib. When my husband called down they said they didn’t have one available. When he told them that I booked with a room he said “let me check with maintenance” and never got back to us. My husband went downstairs where they gave him a pack and play. And it was FILTHY. The most disgusting looking pack and play I have ever seen. Huge crumbs were in the bottom of it and it was covered with stains and smelled so bad. It had me in tears because my child needs that to sleep in (we don’t co-sleep with him) but it was beyond dirty and made me feel like a terrible mom for even putting him in it after I cleaned it and lined it with a blanket. The whole hotel smelled very very heavily doused with spray to cover up the nasty smells. The man at the front desk when we checked in was very short and not helpful in the slightest. I will not ever be returning to the hotel with my family. The sanitary level is terrifying.

Our shuttle driver was wonderful and helped us immensely for our trip.

The staff was mean, unsmiling and unhelpful. There is no drinking water available anywhere.

No toilet paper holder, although I could see where it had been. The toilet paper was on the back of the commode, what appeared to be two cigarette stains in the bottom of the tub, and no stopper in the sink.

Windows looked like they had not been cleaned in a year. Tin frames for the beds (really?) No local channels on the television. Shuttle van stayed parked where customers should be parking during check in. I would give the experience a 2 1/2☆ rating.

Metal base to the bed and we kept bumping it with bare toes, painful and noisy Very noisy vent fan came on with the light in the bathroom. Frustrating when trying to not wake up sleeping spouse.

The hotel was nice in the lobby. Though there were a lot of shady characters in and out. The walls were so thin, we could hear the neighbors yelling, dogs barking, the pillows were extremely flat. The front desk employees were just there, nothing special. The indoor pool was cold, not heated. There was a dead cockroach on the window sill. The bathroom was dirty. Breakfast was lacking. Bread, cereal and pancakes.

Bathroom needs spackle, paint, and caulking repairs. Closet rod was bent. There was no channel guide. No coffee maker or ice bucket with a lid. Breakfast choices were cereal (frosted flakes or raisin bran) with milk, toast, yogurt (2 flavors), juice (orange or apple), and waffles. However, the timer on the waffle iron did not work.
