We were told there was a shuttle from the airport, but it never showed up.

It was comfortable and we purchased transportation to the cruise terminal.

The location is ok but a railway is nearby. Room and beds were good for the price but the bathroom was old ,dirty and I killed 4 cockroaches. Restaurant was only taking cash and a bit sketchy. No one was having breakfast. Would not go back.

VERY NOISY, busy highway right in front of hotel.

Location, free shuttle from airport (very nice full-size SUV), available transportation to cruise ship (very clean/comfortable), fairly central location.

The traffic noise was consistent all night. The room was not as clean as some. The restaurant was disorganized, had poor service, and didn’t have most of the menu items available.

Issue with the shuttle at airport. They don’t have their own shuttle, like every other hotel. So no identifying features on an van…and no pick up location identified. Just one big mix up and waited for 2 hours to finally take a cab. Only reimbursed us $35 when it cost us $40+tip plus long frustrating wait. And zero apology from the desk clerk for any of it. Really crappy restaurant onsite…in some sort of transition from old restaurant. No prices on menu…and absolutely empty everyday. Operator of restaurant leaning in the counter asking what we’d like to know the price of…we left. Building run down…chipping exterior stucco, rusting railings. Ad said ‘enjoy our pool after a long day’…was only open til 6 in the evening. Couldn’t even go for an evening dip or sit out by it for sunset or dinner. Very busy road and hwy both right there…no stop traffic. And with no restaurant we were left walking up and down a very busy road. Other than all of that the room was great.

The room was clean and the linens were lovely and white. Bed and pillows just fine.

The bathmat was dirty on one side. There were pubic hairs on two sides of the tub too! The restaurant/"lounge" was bad! They didn't have a lot of the items listed and they tried to overcharge me for a plain hamburger. When I pointed out the error, one person said that the menu wasn't up to date but that I was charged the right amount!! I said that I wasn't paying it, because they had to go by the listed price! And, the "lounge"? There was no lounge. They didn't even have a beer!! Pathetic!!

I found long hairs in my well-made bed, the linen on which had a couple of stains. The room could also have smelled better.

In addition to two large beds, the well-lit room provided ironing implements, a refrigerator and a microwave oven. The elevators were always readily available too.

The jamaican lady at the front desk with some kinda color to her hair was very unprofessional and very rude. I asked her questions and the answers she provided came off as if I was lying. I see that is why she is only making min wage if u ask me.

A good spring clean.

Days Inn in situated beside a busy interstate highway, this creates a lot of traffic noise. The floors were very dirty leaving a black stain on our feet or socks. Rust stains around water outlet of bath.
