You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United States of AmericaKeep in mind we are discussing a $50 Days inn. Googlr pics are misleading. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend this room for vacation. I did not like that there is no coffee station or breakfast as indicated. The sheets and towels are very old. We found hair on the sheets and stains. We found a dirty towel and small towel in the room. The room was non smoking but smelled like smoke big time. The appliances are outdated. The AC did not work. The room was very warm. I've seen worse, but would never stay here for leisure or comfort. There was mold in the shower

United States of AmericaThis is the second time I've stayed here and it has been over a year ago. The first time I stayed I was bit by bedbugs. It was the same this time and the shower had no pressure for hot water.
The channels and the laundry plus staff are nice. It's close by stores and restaurants and even a bus stop and bus terminal.

United States of AmericaThe room had a musty odor in there the blankets they had on the bed smelled old.The toilet didn't flush good.i woke up to nothing but water on the floor cause the toilet ran over.so I checked out a day early and I couldn't even get part of my money back.the pool water looked green had a few roaches in my room I will never go back there again and than when I checked into the room the guy that checked me on try to charge me more.My room was 118.21 and he wanted a lil extra charge me 121.21 cent so when I told him about it he say he was going to put it back on my card and never did

We even called to ask if we could get one and they said “let me check” never heard anything else. And we had two rooms with two Queen bed’s each, with three ppl in one room, 4 in the other, and they only supplied us with 2 towels. Even after we called. They said we’d have to wait till tomorrow. This place is a joke. There wasn’t even a table in the room to eat on.
