You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe TVs need the real remotes not the after market weird ones that are hard to use and not conducive to a streaming stick or a game system.
Loved the set up of the room. Both beds and a little couch made watching a movie very nice. The decor fit the distil theme with out being to campy. The employees were all very nice.

The night time staff is beyond rude, she called me “poor poor” because I didn’t know there was a $100 deposit needed when I had already paid for the room online… it states NOWHERE online about that extra $100. Also, when you go to get your $100 back, it takes them a WHOLE month to refund it to your account. Clean hotel but I’ll not be staying there again.
