“Cathy was fantastic, from the moment she waved as I came through the door, to helping us with our room and answering all my questions. We missed breakfast through jetlag, but Janice (the breakfast lady) was sooo so helpful and keen to give us something to eat. Really lovely and friendly. Pam also did everything she could to help. Beds were very comfortable. Nice gym.”
