Older facility with stale, moldy smell. Hallways damaged. A/C in building barely maintaining temperature. Issues with elevators.

Room had enough space. Enough coffee for two.

The Ice machine was broken, and you had to go to the Lobby to get ice, we were on the 3rd floor far from the elevators, so it was a walk.

I really enjoyed everything. Staff was really nice, and they let me check out late so my son could enjoy the pool a little extra.

The top question

I was not thrilled about paying extra for the pool being charged an extra $100 on top of the prepaid purchase on my room, breakfast was not included without an extra charge. I expected everything to be included and for the staff to expect me coming my name was put into the system backwards they weren’t able to find my name and my quest ended up paying for breakfast not good look for me!

It was an okay location close to main highways. The greenery was nice.

Room did not have a microwave or anything available to heat up food I had brought with me for the stay. The hotel charged a security deposit that cost more than the actual stay for the weekend, then when I was refunded it they initially refunded me the wrong amount and had to create additional transactions on my card to correct it.

The room was clean, and the hotel was fairly easy to find, close to the main road.

My husband and me are Hispanic, and I feel people from the counter some time make different with other clients. We always stay there. The last time before June 3, they did not give us water, this time the guy gave us only one, and I was with my two daughters. Later, when my friend check in, the lady was so nice, she not only offer water to us too, also cookies. I Don want to be mean with all for that I mentioned to you those two persons. Overall, I like stay there. Thank almost forgot, one of the towels was dirty, but they changed to us. Tks

The AC wasn’t working in most of the common areas and it was hot and humid. My allergies were really bothering me while I was in the building. The food at the restaurant wasn’t very good.

Ac/Heater was extremely loud when turning on and off. Sounded like a car hitting wall. Shower was warm at best and tub was slow to drain Hoping for a better stay next trip.

Staff very friendly. Overall pocess of checking in smooth We will be back again next month for another dance comp in the area.

Breakfast reception. We had breakfast included in my price and reception people forget to give us a coupon or inform to breakfast room.The person who work in breakfast room come every 5 mins to ask for payment . It was really embracing for us .I told him it included in my booking if not then we will pay you. We hardly eat breakfast and asked to reception give us a coupon and finally I gave it to the breakfast room. It was horrible time in breakfast room.

front desk was rude and had a nasty behavior, didn’t look like she wanted to be there and do the night shift. very very rude behavior maintenance guy was standing there before I entered the hotel there we’re talking to each other and about two feet from me and listening to the whole conversation,I don’t know what was he thinking.was giving me suspicions look.

Checked in late lady wasn’t friendly she allowed people to cut to purchase other items. There was an event so it was loud all night. The Beds in my room were tiny the two of us had to sleep separate they had no top sheets and had holes in sheets. The shower has no pressure at all and I was underwhelmed by the stay in it’s entirety.
