The hotel was really nice and modern. Excellent breakfast was offered. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Will stay here again next year on our return trip to Michigan. Also, the location was great. Just off the I75 corridor.

The cleanliness all over was great. I love that they serve popcorn, Hor Derbes (like a meal) in the evening, and Breakfast was amazing as well. It may cost a little more than other hotels but you dont have to go out to eat Breakfast which is a save in the end. We brought 5 grandkids and they loved it. The pool is one of the cleanest I have seen in awhile. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The room was right by the highway and traffic was so loud at night.

Loved the hotel, loved the staff, they were so kind and went above and beyond! I was traveling for business over my birthday and I was able to upgrade my room to a jacuzzi suite. It made my whole trip better.

Absolutely EVERYTHING…. been the ex executive housekeeping of Hilton brand hotels, four seasons, cabana bay in Orlando Florida, and stay here was a shock for me, always thinking that u need to stay in a big brand hotel to have everything you need, and see that I was totally wrong about it, I feel to the point that I don’t want to go back home, since the moment you enter to the moment you leave they make you feel at home, Zoe in the food area she is a WOW…. she is definitely a Keeper, the employ that any business need. please please never let her leave. highly recommend this hotel

My family lived the food that was offered. The only reason I gave it a 9 is because I had a hard time eating with a gluten allergy.

The staff was awesome and the hotel and rooms were very clean. My kids loved the pool, you could swim under the half wall to the outside.

Not a deal breaker and I realize that there was a staffing issue with the breakfast. I got there when many of the hot items were empty. *when they did bring them out it was pretty good.

Would be nice to have a fridge, but maybe not needed with 2 meals served and a little store (I didn't get a chance to check out what they had). The other amenities and service more than make up for this. I

The front desk staff were exceptional and welcoming. The staff working the food area in the morning. were also exceptional, friendly and helpful. Room was clean, nice high ceilings. Everything was in good repair. They use dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, which is great - eco friendly and no little bottles to deal with. We were by the elevator, but we didn't hear it at all, and slept well on the comfortable beds and linens. This hotel is right by the highway, and it was nice to just pull out of the lot and be on our way in the morning. We missed dinner, but up to 3 alcoholic drinks are included.
