There was absolutely nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was very clean, breakfast and 3 complimentary drinks were included. The front desk was extremely helpful. Shout out to Bea.

My only complaint is breakfast was supposed to be until 10am but restaurant staff started taking food away at 945/950am. Thank goodness we arrived at 930am.

Superb value especially with breakfast and kickback including three alcoholic drinks per adult Front desk Staff were super helpful. Parking 34$ +tax with in and out privileges for 24hrs. Pool on 6th floor was small but perfect and it wasn't too busy for our Monday night stay. There was even a hot tub. Towels provided near the pool. Gym was great and served its purpose.

location was perfect! Everything was within walking distance. Pushed my wife ever wre with wheelchair. Sidewalks are not the best,but we made the best. Remember, this is an old city.. The Drury has great complementary dinner and breakfast. There was a black chef who was outstanding he really loves taking care of us!!!

I didn't like the fact that we had to pay 35.00 extra each night to park our car in the garage.

Unsure. Everything was pretty good.

First and foremost, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone there seemed to be giving their absolute best whenever I interacted with them. Second, the location was superb. It was a quick walk to the ferry, Canal street, the French Quarter, and the WWII museum. Very well situated and close to public transportation stops which we used extensively. My family absolutely love the complimentary breakfast and the evening "kickbacks' featuring a meal and complimentary drinks for those of us who were of age. I would definitely stay again!

Little dated but still an amazing place to stay!

Everything! Our family will stay here every time we come to New Orleans, not only do they have free breakfast. They have free dinner and if you’re over 21 each night, you can get three free drinks. The staff was beyond pleasant and helpful.

The buffet breakfast, coffee accessibility, and the early dinner buffet exceeded my expectations. Not gourmet but good food with a substantial selection for the main course, soup, salad, and a free beer or mixed drink for dinner and everything I needed for breakfast including eggs, hashbrowns, yogurt, fruit, bagels, muffins, etc. The food itself saves a lot of money if you take advantage of it. Nice to have a fridge in the room and free Wifi.

I have no concerns at all about the hotel. Everything was great. I exercised everyday and swim in the pool before heading out. I also like the fact I was able to wash my clothes before heading home.

The staff were wonderful. Daniel in Kick Back goes out of his way to be kind and helpful. Patrick the general manager was great I forgot an important document at the hotel. I was at the airport. Patrick and his team found it and got it to the airport for me before my flight. I can not say how greatful I am that Patrick was there.

The bathroom sink was not draining at first, but this was repaired quickly. I found the quality of the food options at breakfast and dinner very lacking. Healthy options and fruit and vegetables were very limited. I found the decor of the hotel - the blacks and browns - very dark and drab, especially in a city like NOLA. Would have been nice to have a tea kettle and drinking water in rooms, or water filling stations on every floor.

The location was great. 20 mins walk from the French quarter. Far enough to not be noisy but close enough to be convenient. All the facilities were adequate. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

At the time, they were putting a new roof on the location and the machine taking shingles up and down was right outside our window.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Great value for money. the breakfast isn't your regular hotel breakfast...it has made to order along with so many choices...wonderful. The hotel also offered free drinks and appetizers in the afternoon, but we were unable to take advantage of this. We will definitely return.
