Our room was upstairs, which made it a little difficult to bring luggage up and down stairs.

Very clean. Asked for a first-floor room because there is no elevator, and they accommodated. Appreciate that since we had a lot of stuff to unload and the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast was good. The breakfast area was pretty crowded for the number of guests there that morning. Fireplace in the room was nice touch. Great location and no traffic noise.

I wish the pool and hot tub hours had been a bit later. Only open from 9 am until 9 pm. And in the morning the pool was being cleaned after 9 am so couldn’t use it then.

The outside was a bit dingy. Lots of dead vines. It gave me concern about the room but the room was clean.

It was pretty easy to check in. There were reviews of a good breakfast and it’s so happened in the morning we were there that the coffee machine was broken. Breakfast is really the standard hotel free breakfast and for free it’s pretty good.

I have found that most all the bathrooms have poor water pressure (my boyfriend is picky.) The best water system we’ve found was in the king suite. sometimes you get a wanderer (not a guest) who just starts walking around outside. the staff usually resolve this quickly. I do think however they need a night guard as it could be dangerous for a woman to be shooing people off of the property at 12am

i love staying here when i come to visit family. after a couple hours drive my family and i come here and check in and its always quite fast. they have free stays for babies too which is nice because i never understood extra fees for infants. the front desk people are always so kind and so is the housekeeping staff. Arlette at front desk is extremely hospitable. She’s one of those faces you keep coming back for.

I was told the sauna is up and running, but it wasn’t. Tried to turn on to heat but it wouldn’t program. Hot tub was not working at all. Water in hot tub cold. Would have been to have a hot tub and a sauna as advertised but disappointing nothing was as indicated.

Nice room, nice to have fridge in room as since traveling i had stuff to be kept frozen and cold.overall the room was not an issue

Was driving from Sacramento to AZ and needed a place to spend the night. Was able to make a same night reservation at 1:30 am. Wasn't expecting this place to be so cute and charming. Bed was so comfy. Room had an electric fireplace that was really nice touch for the cozy feel. Definitely plan on staying here again when we're driving to visit family.
