We liked everything about Elmere! Super accommodating and truly went above and beyond for my partner and I! You are NOT going to find a better Bed and Breakfast place anywhere. Michael and Bill are true pros with their hospitality, we enjoyed pleasant conversations and the breakfast... chef's kiss perfect!

Everything was excellent. No complaints at all.

The Elmere House was well kept and very comfortable. The breakfast was well prepared and quite tasty. Michael, Bill, and Bentley were excellent hosts.

Nothing could have been better. We felt pampered and at home in this beautiful property. What a nice retreat after a day of leaf peeping in New England.

We loved everything about this property. The inn was spotless and gorgeous. The innkeepers were the best and their little dachshund, Bentley was the icing on the cake. Breakfasts prepared by Bill were incredible. And service by Michael was exceptional. What a find! We look forward to a revisit next year.

Only issue I had was though I love the scented candles I have a trouble with scents and they were strong for me.

Excellent place to stay. Hosts (and the dog) are lovely, breakfast tasty and generous, room comfortable, good location for parking and restaurants, close to the Maine Coast. Kennebunkport and Oginquit close by

We found nothing whatsoever to dislike. All good.

Our hosts Bill and Mike were both welcoming and friendly - which in turn created a relaxed atmosphere at Elmere and therefore considerable guest interaction. It was evident that a great deal of thought and attention to detail had gone into making both house and garden immaculate, as well as guest friendly. Breakfast was outstanding, service was second to none and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - just wish it had been longer!

We concur with previous reviews. Welcoming, comfortable, and spotless. Michael and Bill are very welcoming hosts and most interested in their guests enjoying their stay in the Ogunquit/Wells area. My wife actually thanked me for booking "such a nice Bed and Breakfast."

I literally can't think of a thing!

Our favorite part of the weekend was staying at the beautiful Elmere House and meeting Mike and Bill! They were so wonderful and hospitable, and made us feel like family! The breakfast was wonderful, and the sheets and towels were top notch, too - we slept like babies :)

Can't think of a thing.

The location was nice because just outside of town so traffic was not bad. The breakfast was excellent. Started with home baked goods, then fresh fruit, and finished with eggs benedict. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

Everything! Perfect stay for 3 nights. The hosts were the reason. They clearly care about their beautiful inn as well as their guests. Attention to detail throughout! Breakfast was a homemade feast, perfect…..service as well. Our room was comfortable, roomy, beautiful, and immaculate. We were able to relax on the porch and the beautiful gardens. Great location to so much. Picking vacationers giving this place a 10/10, A+, “new favorite”!

Bill and Mike made us feel right at home! The room was spotless and clean, the house was organized and spacious, and the outdoor garden area was beautiful. They both went to great lengths to ensure we had a great time in Wells, not to mention their breakfast was amazing! Will definitely be coming back, they made our anniversary very special.
