The location is a bit out of the way. And the fridge didn’t work.

The inside of the hotel was beautiful. The room was big and an amazing price for what we got.

Only complaint I have is the one woman who worked in the breakfast area restocking was EXTREMELY RUDE. She made many people feel uncomfortable. Came right behind my daughter and slammed down a lid that was slightly open. She rushed everyone out of the breakfast area before it was even closing. I have stayed at other embassy’s and breakfast is one reason I choose you guys. This woman made breakfast with you very unpleasant.

Most of the outlets didn't work and neither phone worked either.

Managers reception was great and so was the breakfast. Out of waffles by 8:15, which seemed early. But good otherwise.

Our first night there were 3 cars that had gotten their windows busted out, so i was uneasy and uncomfortable about that.

Only thing I didn't like were that the pillows were horrible and the pool was cold, barely heated.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful! So many different options and you could even get an omelet made to order.

Things I didn't like but are minor: Shower water pressure is the first thing to come to mind of things I would like better but was acceptable. We chose a King bedroom with the walk in shower & the shower door wasn't the best to keep the shower water in the stall. Perhaps additional caulking is needed. Each shower left a puddle on the floor requiring additional towels to absorb the water. Housekeeping was great to provide the towels we needed. Minor food stains were on the walls. The bath mirror was great to help me prepare for the wedding however one of the bulbs was much dimmer than the other three sides. Left bulb needs replaced. One day, there were unsupervised young people under the age of 18 playing in the Fitness Center room. But, they did not stay long & I was able to workout. Lastly, we requested interconnecting rooms yet none were available upon arrival. Communication through booking.com was very slow or non existent. Wait for the elevator was a bit concerning especially at breakfast & check out times. I would like to see more stairs availability (other than emergency only) for those trying to get their steps in for the day.

The location was perfect for our daughter's wedding. There was a snow storm the night before which made the close location so valuable! The fitness center has a good assortment of cardio & resistance equipment (dumbbells & Bosu bodyweight core device). The bed & pillows were comfortable. Water was hot. Breakfast was highly satisfying with many options including gluten free for our daughter. Staff was friendly. Décor was modern yet comfortable. Hilton Embassy Suites was able to provide for our needs on a very important day for our family, extended family & friends who also chose to stay there for our wedding! Has a microwave, Keurig coffee maker & refrigerator in room. Recommend.

The shower wasn’t hot, the pools changing/bathroom had stall doors with no locks

Pool was nice with good hours, very convenient complimentary reception, restaurants food was tasty and reasonably priced, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast selection, the most friendly front desk staff that I have ever met!!!!!!! The front desk was so friendly and welcoming when entering the lobby, getting off elevators, checking in/out, etc.

I was really upset the jacuzzi wasn’t open even tho I called a day before to confirm working n was told yes got there and it was out of order as a Nurse aid I am on my feet a lot n back be stiff I really wanted to relax but wasn’t able to n the water

Only issue was no bags in the trash cans when we first got to the room, but that was easily fixed by calling the front desk

The breakfast was great, all fresh, they also had an evening happy hour providing free drinks and snacks, staff was super friendly and nice, they sang happy birthday to my girlfriend when they found out it was her birthday.
