When we used our shower, the kitchenette sink omitted a foul smell. In 3 days we were never given clean glasses in our room for coffee or drinks. The canteen area is supposed to be open 24 hours. It is not! Multiple occasions of confusion with the "shuttle." We were told it was a courtesy, so we really had no reason to have expectations. If that's the case, the shuttle service should be removed from their profile. After calling twice and waiting 30 minutes for a shuttle, we finally walked back to the hotel. Apparently, one person couldn't find their phone that we were told to call and the driver's phone was dead. However, given these missteps, the good outweighed the bad.

Breakfast was great. Facility & staff were good. Room was exceptional.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. They have a variety of food to choose from.

they only accept credit cards for 100 dollars security fee which is not an issue but the main thing is that when you land in US, you don't know whether your card will work or not so they should accept CASH as well. Also its been 6 days since i checked out but still they didn't refund my 100 dollars.

The bathroom door was broken. The shower was cold but other than that everything met my standards.

Hotel advertises “omelette bar” for breakfast. Although it’s a bonus to have freshly prepared breakfast included in the price, you have to wait in line more then half an hour to get your meal.

The breakfast options were good, but no gluten free breads or pastries.

Our room was lovely, huge comfortable bed, big windows with good views. The suite had an extra room with couches and a kitchen area. The laundry facilities were good and staff were helpful at the front desk and the breakfast counters. The location was excellent, just 2 blocks from the monorail and 20 minutes from the airport. Close enough tot he strip for quick access but far away enough to have some down time after the fun.

The room was very nice and had a good view of the city while the breakfast was amazing. The location was close to the sphere but a little far from the strip.

Charges for parking even if self parked & very limited handicap. Valet entrance dark. Asked front desk for a remote for front room & it never arrived. Also the sofa couch can use some updating VERY uncomfortable even for a 8year old child

Just like anywhere off the strip in Vegas, the surrounding area is a bit sketchy.

I didn't like that you had to pay for parking , when we already spend so much on room , that's the only thing.

Only two towels in bathroom. Our friends room Was the same. The shower head was on opposite side of shower door making it difficult to correct the water temp before stepping in to get wet.

Breakfast was the best part. The breakfast alone would help me choose to come back. Excellent meal with lots of options, including an omelet station.

The room was a bit rundown. I booked for 4 people but there were only 2 towels available. We had to get some from the front desk.

The staff were friendly and nice. The made to cook breakfast is amazing! Lots of selections. You can also view the Sphere from your balcony which is a plus!
