The place was full and only 2 working elevators. The building was hot and it was hard to cool our room down enough to sleep. Way over priced: the difference between Thursday night and Saturday night prices was $150. That’s ridiculous. They ran out of parking and didn’t validate anywhere. There were 3 desk positions and only one person working. Anytime we walked by there was a line 3 and 4 deep.

Beautiful facility. Breakfast was good even though it was eggs in a bag.

The room seemed like it needed a refresh. Bathtub had a “Rust” stain and doors had paint chipped.

The room was in need of updating. The bathroom door was dirty and the veneer was splinter and peeling. The faucet at the beverage sink had water squirting out the side. The furniture was of and mismatched!

They don't clean the rooms everyday. Unless you request it. There was some difficulty in checking in because we booked with booking they were questioning the rate but it all got settled when the front desk called booking and confirmed the rate. Also I booked a balcony room thinking it was it was an outside balcony but there is no balcony rooms there..

Our room fridge didn't work. We were in town for the AAU track meet and lost all of the refrigerated lunch supplies we had for the next day. lunch meat, cherries, strawberries, cheese and meat sticks. The kitchenette sink had black slimy gunk come out when we turned it on....we couldn't use it. The TV station selection was awful.

The comfort of our room was excellent, breakfast buffet was amazing, our view from our room was nice, and the divided room was just what I wanted to relax. I appreciated the parking garage under the building.

The happy hour was not great. Not enough snacks and line we way too long at the bar. Staff even seemed unclear what they could and couldn't serve for the free drinks. The carpet in the hallways need replaced. They are a HUGE tripping hazard!

It is starting to get a little run down. It was still comfortable, clean and a safe place to stay.

The area was beautiful and fun. I would have liked to spend more time in this area. It looked lively and had great shops. The pool was so nice to relax in. The breakfast can't be beat!

Unused fountains and ponds. Sad to see such a large feature in the facility go unused.

There was a really kind blonde woman on the day cleaning staff, I didn’t get her name and tried to ask concierge but they apparently didn’t know who I’m referencing. Anyways, she was incredibly knowledgable about the hotel, the area and was just overall a very pleasant person! She deserves a promotion, she was by far the kindest hotel staff I have seen in a LONG time. Also, the plants around the facility are beautiful.

I feel like it needs major updating and wasn’t the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in. Front desk manager didn’t even make eye contact or ask how the stay was when I checked out.

even though we loved the room, the shower was awful. there was missing grout and black colored mold in about 25% of the grout and soap dish.

room was nice. liked the separate living room. breakfast was good but not refilled quite quickly enough. we didn’t get biscuits, gravy. got one sausage each. The oatmeal was great.

The suit was perfect size for us, shower had a loose seal on the shower head but over all a good experience.

Upon check-in we were given room 608 with a damaged sofa bed for my 4 year old and there were dirt on the carpets as we entered with the main light switches not working. I requested a different room and it was changed by the friendly staff. The new room was better but some bulbs are not working, the pillows are so soft and worn out when squashed together, it is half the size of a standard pillow. Tissues were empty, requested a refill which was never attended too as well as extra shower rug for floor as water spills out of shower (I do feel that had the shower step been higher and the shower glass wider, this would not be a problem). After check-out I received an additional bill for two bottles of water which I assumed was complimentary - when queried, I received a short “apology” sorry for the confusion but it is only for silver, gold and platinum hons members. This was our first visit to the Embassy Suites and I did not know this, neither was a clear on the tag on the bottle. FYI, you can but a tray of filtered water from Quick Trip for $4.49.

Location, location, location - plus free parking on all the bridges around the hotel. Daily complimentary drinks 5.30-7.30 pm and a choice of freshly made breakfast options daily.
