Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The blower moving heat around the room seemed to be awfully loud.
The staff was very helpful and all staff members we talked to made sure our questions were answered with satisfaction. thanks for all the help.

First room our shower handle broke off. The pull out couch mattress was very uncomfortable. One elevator was out of order so took a long time to get to room.
Omelette breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

There is not a way to access the stairs from the first-floor level without having a staff member open a door to the outside. This was very challenging with a pet and using the elevator. I would also be careful with the bottles of water in the room. I was charged for using one when I did not. When trying to communicate with their support about the charge there was not much communication from their end. Ended up having to take the charge.

During happy hour,the server marked off BOTH my husband's complimentary drinks,when he only had one. There was a vent leaking water into our room all over the floor in front of the refridgerator. We were not offered a different room.Restaurant staff was horrid. Never came to offer us a menu or take an order! Pool area had a stench so bad,we couldn't even use it. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Sausage had an oddly sweet taste & the eggs tasted like they were powdered. We couldn't eat such awful food. For the fees they charge,I expected way more.
Shuttle driver was excellent. Staff was friendly.

Needs a desperate upgrade. Very tired looking. Beds were very old, uncomfortable, needs new ones. Breakfast could be improved. Very mediocre! Get rid of the mystery meat (flimsy turkey bacon)🤮

I told the front desk I was going to be late as I am traveling in. That it will be after 2:00 AM. We ended up getting there at three. Our reservation was canceled. I gotta cancel fee. Then he made a whole new reservation for that night and then use a different reservation for my last night there. Instead of paying the booking.com charge of $300.14 I was charged $199.00 plus the $50 fee that I’m supposed to be getting back the first night. Plus the cancellation fee of $150.08 and the second night was $178.05 I will be calling Monday morning.

The person in the room next to me snored very loudly, and his alarm went off at 6:30 am for 20 minutes before shutting it off. I only got 4 hours of sleep before a big meeting. This was not the fault of the hotel, however.
The room was amazing and breakfast was exceptional!

The room was very old. The tub was peeling. The vents were very dusty and one looked like it was going to fall down at any time. The pillows were very flat and not comfortable at all. The hotel needs some remodeling.
The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. Also the service during breakfast was amazing even though it was self serve. Everyone was very nice.

This is just a personal thing, but I wasn’t a fan of the carpets. Maybe it’s a sensory thing, but I think hotels are better off with LVF flooring. Much easier to see/feel when it’s clean. Parking was also a little weird since the hotel’s garage was full, but not a huge inconvenience. Didn’t love the coffee provided in the room.
Love the location. Wife and I got cleaned up and went for a stroll downtown to eat at Splash for a belated anniversary dinner, then walked around the rotunda at the river for some sight seeing. The breakfast and coffee in the lounge was hearty and up to par. I thought the rooftop lawn was really cool!

Toilet seat was broken from day 1. Room had no USB ports. May have been a nice room at one time, but needs to be updated.
