Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Breakfast was decent. People were friendly. Please address your shortage of housekeeping staff by putting a large trashcan and some extra soap and towels at someplace like the front desk.Trying to catch a housekeeper for these items slows them down and slows customers down.We were there for 3 days and have no problem cleaning up after ourselves just make it more convenient to do so

The pool looked like it needed to be cleaned and was a bit too cold and hot tub needed cleaning as well. That was the only thing.

The price, and being low on housekeeping staff. Bathroom was a bit small and shower curtain torn. Also was hard to get a comfortable temperature.

The maid service closes the sink drain as part of cleaning. I would think they would have to run the water when cleaning unless they just do a wipe down. The sink in #116 really needs to be snaked or have the drain plug removed and be cleaned as it was very ssssslllllloooooowwwww draining.
Convenient location! Pretty quiet. Clean.

Breakfast service ends at 9:30 AM which is kinda early, in my opinion.
Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is situated off of the interstate enough that road sounds aren't a constant problem. Great place to stay for an affordable night in Roseburg.

Breakfast at this range of hotels seems to always be the same, I cannot say I find it satisfying and therefore oftentimes do not eat breakfast. I can't say too many positive things about the breakfast, but I suppose it is standard and offers waffles, bacon, eggs, hot cereal, cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt, and a bit of fresh fruit. The coffee is not tasty, but a few minutes away there is a great drive-up coffee shop.
We arrived late and were greeted by a very friendly front desk agent. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and we were very satisfied with our quick stay. Would definitely recommend.

There were big flowing cob webs in the corners of the ceiling in our room. Not just little ones but big flowing ones.
Everything was great! Breakfast area kept very clean and selection was good. Location for on/off freeway is fantastic!

Despite working with front desk staff, we could not connect to the internet. Fitness room TV not working. Healthy breakfast cereal options would be appreciated,such as oatmeal packets or whole grain unsweetened cereal. Weak coffee. The walls were thin as we could hear our neighbors talking. Staff was not particularly friendly nor communicative.
Comfy beds, fitness center with functioning exercise equipment and weights, breakfast available with fresh fruit, convenient.

Breakfast was typical hotel stuff. Weird eggs, sweet breads, bacon. Would have liked some vegetables and cut up fruit. There weren't towels in the pool area. Better coffee needed in rooms and breakfast area.
Pleasantly surprised by size of room. Nice indoor pool, spa and workout room. Parking was easy with nearby freeway access. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It could have been a little bit cheaper but I feel that was a decent value however if I was offered a discount to stay multiple nights that would be more of an incentive for me to stay.
Friendly staff nice pool and hot tub area. The breakfast was pretty good as well hot eggs and bacon waffles Bagels and your usual grab-and-go stuff.
