Definitely a minor issue, but I would like to have seen napkins or a place to hang a towel near the kitchenette sink, and a bar or rack in the bathroom for hanging towels.

The rooms were nicer than we expected, and very quiet, even though we were right next to the elevator. Breakfast included a decent variety of hot and cold food items. Convenient location to stay when attending Georgia Renaissance Festival.

need USB lamps to plug in my phone they are nice to have I have 2 in my bedroom they are tap lamps to turn off and on they would look great in the rooms

room was very nice with a nice view for daytime but night wasnt so great because the curtain did not shut all the way. I had to get a safety pen to keep it closed didnt need someone watching me sleep overall great suite across from the dining area was great

We were told there was a roll in shower because I needed it to be accessible. This was not the case and I could not access the tub. Why is an accessible room on the second floor? It is very frustrating when you need special accommodations.

The fitness center is very small but it is enough for doing some physical exercises. Good breakfast. The restaurant was clean. Also the room was clean.

We found a roach in the bathroom on the last day of our stay. We've lived in cities so are somewhat familiar, but it was still off-putting to see - other than the 1 roach, the room was very clean. The breakfast isn't great, but plenty of options available.

Staff were super pleasant, rooms were comfortable, quiet, and clean - perfect for our trip.

The checkin staff was not friendly at all. She acted like she was annoyed or hated being there. She acted like she just wanted to get it over with. No nice greeting or smile. Sad!!! The bed skirt had drops of white stuff on it. I thought that was disgusting.

The breakfast was disappointing. I didn’t see any meat, grits or eggs. I saw oat meal packets, two bananas and pastries.

Cost has gone up alot. AC unit needs to be able to leave fan on all the time. Breakfast was not great. Selections used to be much better.

There were several pillows in the beds, which fluffed up nicely, but deflated quickly when in use. I would like to have seen some that were a bit more supportive.

The rooms were nice, and the location was relatively convenient to the Renaissance Festival we were there for. Breakfast was surprisingly good, and ran until 10:30am, so we didn't have to get up extra early for it.

They told me there was no storage for our luggage and there IS actually a room in the first floor that said storage. They also told me there was NO late check out available and that there was NO supervisor I could talk to ask for help because my baby fell asleep on her nap time at 11, and she told me (the receptionist) we only had until 11.30am to leave. She didn’t help us at all. We had to pay an extra night.
