“The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. There was a great variety of cold and hot foods for breakfast. There were a lot of restaurants near by. Workout room was clean and adequate. We didn't use the pool, but it was there. The housekeeping staff were always friendly, cheerful and helpful. Those ladies were the best.”

I was given a room o n the first floor, but that room heater was not working. My daughter ask for another room and we were given a room on the third floor. That room was comfortable.
there was one thing that you must check in your rooms, and that is your coffee makers. Please make sure they are clean and working.
As for the first floor please check your ac's and appliances at least once a week.
If you apply a guest to a certain room, make sure check all necessary appliances and ac in the room and make sure they work and make sure the room is properly clean.
I know that the room rates are cheap, that does not give you the right to treat the guest that way.
Your guest choose you. There are many hotels to choose from. So please, let your staff know that, the accomadations are to be in proper standing.
