Reception person’s voice was really loud; good, basic and clean accommodations but nothing extra that would pull me back for another stay.

There were many events going on at the time of our stay and the lot was full so we had to park a little bit away from the hotel, however the parking lot was safe and vehicle was just as I left it. This wasn't a huge problem for me personally. However, if u have sore legs or any disabilities it might be inconvenient.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly, I know "it's their job," but they were very accommodating. The person checking in before me had requests, and they were very professional and kind. The hotel was clean. The shower had good pressure. The pillows were good. It was quiet and well kept. My key worked properly, and the mattress was very comfy! So comfy I wanted to take it home and just let them charge me 😂 [but I didn't!]...........The parking lot was clean if that kinda thing matters to anyone, lol......And if you're used to folks walking around all hours of night, yellin, creepin and tweekin.....you will not find it here!!! (I didn't see any in the ENTIRE TOWN), and it was refreshing!!!!!!

Fake eggs for breakfast. Diluted coffee. Noisy exhaust fan in bathroom.

One bed was uncomfortable, toilet tank lid was cracked and didn’t flush right. It just kept running the water. Also toilet was very low in height, hard to get on/off. No safe in room. Breakfast was not the best either.

Hardly anything to complain about. Shower curtain could have been slightly longer to keep water from splashing out.

Indoor swimming pool is now open. (It was closed when we were there in 2021 during the pandemic.) Room was well designed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful.

Online information was misleading. When is says gym and spa it should note that these are available at a near-by property…NOT AT this property. I don’t think it was clear. So this is a disappointment in check-in Also, the only nearby full restaurant had been shuttered last month. Nobody’s fault, but inconvenient.

That when walking the dog there was no trash cans outside whatsoever. I had to walk to the other property to throw trash away because you don’t wanna leave dog poop inside, so I wouldn’t throw it inside. But other than that the property was well-maintained but I noticed that there was cups outside on top of the keypad And such around the building from people leaving their coffee cups and stuff

I liked the quiteness the size of the room it was perfect for my dad and I and miss Sophia .. also has mentioned when checking in that I would like a bathtub and she said let me make that happen so very helpful and the breakfast was surburb

Wish it was disclosed the gym isn’t in this hotel but next door hotel. needs some of the electrical outlets updated. Safe for room. Nobody answered when I called before arriving to get more info on amenities
