The rooms all have a river view and are ALWAYS exceptionally clean, the rooms smell fresh, are well stocked and the thermostat is set at the perfect temperature to get yourself settled in.

Maintenance is lacking. All 3 of the luggage carts were on their last legs, but just need some bolts and love. The ice makers were only working on the 3rd and 6th floors. Our sink wasn’t draining, and the room cleaning wasn’t thorough - there looked like sugary soda pop residue on the bed base, one upholstered headboard had a large water stain mark and the upholstered chair was filthy.

Great value for what appears to be a somewhat updated property (renovations appear to be ongoing). Overlooking the river. Decent breakfast - eggs and sausage or bacon, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, toast, fruit. Room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Location is good because it’s just behind the strip that takes you to all the amenities. Walking distance to everything and a quiet area with balconies to sit on and listen to the creek below.

The carts to carry luggage were falling apart.

I liked how the hotel was right in the corner of downtown. If you wanted to, you could walk to your destination to not deal with paying for parking somewhere else. The place looks remodeled which was really nice.

When we got to our hotel the lady at the front desk didn’t speak English and she gave me a king room when it was supposed to be a double then wanted to argue with me and tell me she didn’t have any double beds available and that I didn’t book a room with 2 beds. I had to show her who was right which didn’t make her happy at all. They are a clean facility but they don’t like to give extra towels and washcloths and never cleaned our room when we left the thingy hanging on the door. The breakfast sucked also

Dated and exterior was falling off of building covered in tarps. Tarps were falling off from extreme wind. Winds were noisy but the Tarp made it worse in order to get some rest. Exterior was dirty and even though it is non- smoking rooms, people could smoke on balconies. Interior cleanliness was ok but outdated furniture and flooring.

Location was Awesome, easy to walk to Ober tram and Main Street (didn’t have to pay for parking since it’s included in the stay). On same road that goes upto Ober. Billing is exactly what I agreed to pay, no problems. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was nice with clean eating area.

Parking was limited. Room was dark. GPS could not find hotel by street address.

Nice breakfast. Right near the entrance of the Great Smoky National Park. Balcony overlooking the river was relaxing.

I was asked when I was checking in, I said between 9-10am. When I got there I was told i can't check in til 3pm and no early check in. So when you're asked when you're checking in just skip that part because they won't honor you're checknin time.

That the light on our balcony did not work.

The room size, there was 5 of us and never did we feel on top of each other. The staff was also great. That it was just far enough away from all the traffic of Parkway!

The bathroom sink did take a while to warm up but that was the only complaint if I had to find something.

Very clean, quiet, and in a great spot if you just want to go more for the hiking and a little bit of the tourists spots. The room was very spacious. We also got to watch wildlife in the river, so the view was great.

We wanted to be closer to the Parkway strip. However, still a good location.

I loved that the room was very clean. I always wipe everything with Clorox wipes (tables, nightstands, TV stand/table, bathroom toilet and sink etc). There was not one speck of dirt on any wipe!! I was so impressed! It's nice to know they really cleaned the room. Breakfast was decent. Bacon, eggs, muffins, cereal, toast, pancakes (you put them in the machine), coffee, oh and yogurt. Dining area was clean and food was fresh and hot. The location was "ok". It's in the far end of the main parkway strip and about 2 blocks away. Not as convenient as I preferred but still manageable if you're ok with doing lots of walking. We loved the balcony and listening to the water flow. For the price we paid it was a great stay. The only negative...if there is one...is the bathroom sink needs to be replaced. We'd definitely stay again!

We were accidentally assigned a room that was already occupied. It was so embarrassing, but wasn’t the last time it happened on our 7 day trip (which included multiple hotels/brands). Staff made it right immediately.

Across the river from downtown, so it was quiet yet easy to get to. Parking was great with security cameras. We stayed on the top floor and had a suite with a couch. It was bougie and my favorite place to stay in Gatlinburg our last trip (we hotel hopped every night). I would stay here again

During our stay a pipe burst so we were without water for a little bit nothing was done to accommodate the inconvenience but staff handle it and water was restored within an hour

This property has great rooms. Great price Good location. The staff was friendly decent customer service. Breakfast is pretty good. Would recommend it!
