I didn’t like that you can only get one parking pass for 2 adults who drive in separate cars

Building is older and dated. Stains on the couch would not sit on the couch. Walls and ceiling us very thin could hear every step and conversation.

Indoor heated pool, 1 ft kiddie pool, hot tub. Location is great. Staff was friendly.

The room we got was actually kind of dirty. The dishes provided in the kitchenette needed to be washed prior to use and there were no dishes provided for use in the oven. We had to go to the desk on 3 different occasions to get towels because we had 5 people and were only provided 4. There was trash under both beds and the couch when we arrived and little pieces of paper all over the floor.

It was right on the boardwalk, had an indoor pool and a decent price.

A/C (air conditioning) in the room 319 was old and making loud noise when turned on. So we had to turn it off. And the property was kind of old.

Location was good, Room was clean, and front desk (reception) person was friendly.

Vending machines way overpriced. TVs in rooms no longer have local channels;also,very complicated and confusing to operate .

No breakfast..wish they would bring it back.Hot tub was great;staff was friendly. So glad they finally put ramps in the hallways so loading carts can be accessed!

The wifi was spotty and it was expensive for what is was (though the best value for the weekend we stayed during a music festival). The AC in our room was super loud and made it hard to sleep. It definitely had an older feel to the building with stains on the sofa but it was perfect for what we were looking for.

The staff were amazing! Super friendly and happy to assist with any requests. The location was great, right on the beach with restaurants and activities all within walking distance. Loved the balcony looking out to the beach. The pool area and games room would make it perfect for a family vacay.

The room was clean but outdated. The beds weren’t comfortable and the areas converted into the kitchenette had water stains along the ceiling. The railings separating the balconies were low and could easily be stepped over if someone wanted to breech another couples privacy.

I liked that the property was family friendly and close to the beach. It was a reasonable walk to the pier.

There was only one shower outside to rinse sand off no privacy not a lot of pressure we ended up using water hose still didn't get it all. Needs to be more outdoor showers with doors for privacy . Outdoor pool was dirty but overall ok

The Riptide bar food was...meh. But whatever, it was convenient. All the plants were dead! Lol! Looks like they forgot to water them.....like all summer! The place is really run down, but not filthy like other people were saying. We were told they're going to rebuild it in a few years so the owners aren't going to pour a bunch of money to update the hotel if they're just going to tear it down. I wish places would clean your room daily like pre-covid because we had sand in our room all week. I didn't ask for them to clean, so that's my fault! The beach/pool showers were not open, and they didn't have a laundry area like advertised. There wasn't a weed smoke smell in the hallways or rooms like other people complained about. But we're a 420 friendly family so we added our own! Our room smelled like someone had boiled corn on the cob for days! Maybe it was microwave popcorn? Who knows....but that wouldn't stop me from going again! We'll certainly be back next year! The moral of the story is don't listen to other people's gripes on here. This place is old, run down, and needs updating. Who cares! It's clean and bug free! They're updating in a few years so they're doing the best they can till then. Go to the beach and enjoy your vacation!

Staff was amazing and super helpful. The location was PERFECT for any family because it's on the boardwalk, but not in an extremely overcrowded area so you can still get a great spot on the beach! The boardwalk Tram location was right next door so you don't have to walk all the way to the other end of the boardwalk. Having a stove in the room was really convenient. My kids made friends with all the other kids there so it was nice to have them play all day at the pool. There were workers cleaning the pool each day which was a plus! Sand gets everywhere! And employees were deodorizing and cleaning the hallways daily.

Was listed as ocean view and pool view balcony, our room barely had a partial ocean view, and no pool view. Found trash behind curtains and in the pull out couch. Dishes in the cabinet were also dirty. Door to the room and bathroom door were constantly getting stuck and hard to open.

Cheap for what was advertised, very friendly staff.

The kitchen was not complete, we had to wash the plates without the sponge. It was just one small knife to cut. The smell while walking to the rooms was pretty bad.
