Door on the bathroom didn't fully work. I tried to go for an early morning swim but the pool wasn't open yet.

Location was really great. We were allowed early check and given the option to upgrade to a nicer room. We enjoyed having a view of the gardens and Sphere.

We stood in line for 90 minutes to check in, on a Wednesday….only 2-3 people actually working the check ins while another 4-5 staff just stood around behind the desk and watched on/doing nothing.

Very spacious rooms, great views over the strip, location is second to none, right the middle of everything. The side door that led straight onto Linq Promenade was great.

Everywhere you go it smells like cigarettes even in a non smoking room- our room stunk every time we entered it. The elevators are touch and go whether they work or not.

Fantastic location, nothing can beat this location if you’re wanting to be in the hustle and bustle of Vegas. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Hotel had everything you needed from clothes shops, connivence store, bars, food and the cas.

Under and behind furniture clearly has not been vacuumed in awhile. The shower had the glass door removed and a curtain put up which did not keep the water inside the shower so the floor was SOAKED after showering. Prices for food and coffee were ridiculously high. Having to scan your key card and then pick your floor in the elevator to get upstairs is a nice idea but does not work well at all when you have people from multiple floors in the elevator at once. If you're not careful you will ride up and down several times before your key card scan will "take".

The room was available in the same hotel as my conference for a fairly reasonable price. Really good food and coffee choices available on site so I didn't have to go anywhere; plus all had in room delivery or mobile ordering which was great. Also, kiosk check in and mobile check out were fantastic and really appreciated. LOVED the little bird and fish sanctuary in the middle of the property!

It was in the center to everything! Me and my friends walked to most of the food places we visited. The 24hr food court was the best thing after a long night out.

The casino floor and restaurants had limited options compared to other hotels on the strip.

The bathroom was not clean. It looked like they just wiped with a dry napkin as there was still dust and the toilet seat looked dirty still.

The furniture in this executive suite was old, dirty, and quite uncomfortable. We had to bring pillows out of the bedroom to put on the couches so our guests would be more comfortable. The couches were hard as a rock. The area rug was so worn out you could see the backing. The shower door was so difficult to open, once we got it open we showered with the door open so it would not get stuck again. No hot water for showers in the morning. The maintenance man stated that all boilers were not working and mornings were high demand.

Housekeeping did a great job. Appreciated the upgrade for a good price.

Cold showers hahaha seriously what is up with that?? I asked other guests too and they all had cold showers. You could tell this is an OLD OLD OLD hotel. I moved the bin at one point and saw the original colour of the carpet hahaha. Also you had to be patient with the lifts... a few tries to scan your card. Annnd there is not good reception inside or close by the hotel/casino. But if you're on a budget like me, this was perfect.

Loved the view, the pink lighting, huge room, aircon worked great, also huge bed. Great location!!! The flamingo enclosure was super cute. Actually loved the vibe. If I were to come back to Vegas (from Australia) I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

Comfortable room, but the bathroom was not very clean. Filters with a lot of dust and the shampoo was not filled eventhough room was cleaned.

Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Check-in/out was easy and fast at the automatic machines in the lobby.

Reception staff I dealt with were not overly friendly but did sort the room change I needed. In first room shower tap barely moved meaning shower was stuck on super hot setting which rendered it unusable. Didn't ask for connecting room but got allocated one anyway and people in connecting room were very noisy in early hours of morning plus smoking weed which seeped through to our room. Attention to detail in second room we had was lacking. Bathroom has a soap dispenser by sink, plus bodywash dispenser in shower along with another for shampoo and one for conditioner. All were empty.

Great strip location hotel, right in centre. Room quite modern and contemporary. Nice pools. Didn't eat in any of the eateries so can't comment on those. Price considering location was very good.

What I didn’t like was that the balance wasn’t taken out after check out til 5 days later. You never know what may come up for you to have that money or not. I didn’t like that one store I went into and damn near spent $60 for it to be approved on my end but the cashier kept telling me it was declined.. we ended up doing the transaction 3 times in which it showed on my bank account it was taken. I didn’t like her attitude towards it to make it seem like we didn’t have money. We ended up saying don’t worry about it and left. Went into another store inside casino for the same items and it went right through. Our rooms shower had nothing but hair in it when it was supposed to have been cleaned.

I liked the baggage claim area due to a later check in and most of the staff
