Staff were not present much. The elevators and key cards did not function well. The fire alarm went off about 30 minutes after we went to sleep on the first night. Hidden fees and WiFi charges are not appreciated.

The room location was convenient to access the pool and Starbucks. The neighboring street was full of restaurants and shops that we found helpful as well.

The room had a bad smell when we checked in. It was difficult to get the smell out of the room, when windows cannot open. Unlimited wifi should be included in the resort fee, I am unhappy with only two free devices.

The check-in process was very lengthy even at 2am (looked way worse during the day) and the self-check-in was not helpful. I was told that they did not have the room I had ordered due to location happening on check-in... though this meant that we had to change rooms the next day, the staff felt unwilling to be of assistance. house keeping did not automatically replenish bathroom supplies

The location was fantastic on the strip, and rooms were clean and had all basic needs covered to make use comfortable, The first room had USB chargers while the second room had difficult plugs to access. the flamingos in the zoo area was an outstanding touch. Could see the Belllagio water show from strip view room, and could see the sphere from the garden lift lobby

Didn't like that the pillows were down. My friend is allergic to down so we had to ask for them to change it. There was no shampoo or conditioner only hand Soap. The containers were empty or broken. Had some trouble checking in via the kiosk but the attendant was very helpful.

I infinitely prefer to deal with people and the lines were too long. One front desk person gave me incorrect information and this caused an extra charge of 50 dollars

Location is excellent. Size of the room and bathroom very good, spacious. Comfortable bed. Cleanliness ok. Price competitive compared to other strip hotels. Nothing breathtaking but overall good.

Dated casino. Carpet stains. Resort fee ($50+\day) is absolutely absurd. You only get wifi for 2 devices and then it’s an extra $14.99/device. I get that all hotels do this but it’s a money grab. It was too cold to use the pool (March) so I spent $300 on wifi for 6 days and I was only awake in my room for maybe 2 hours/day.

I had low expectations coming to the Flamingo but I was pleasantly surprised. I got a renovated room (terrible view) but it was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The kiosk check-in machines worked just fine and came in handy when I left my room keys in my room one night. It was quiet enough for Vegas. Great shower. Only interacted with a staff member once but also fine. The casino itself is quite old and smoky. It has a nice outdoor area. Can’t beat the location!

They charge you resort fee at property even when the booking.com booking details say that the price of booking is inclusive of resort fees. Happened 2 times and is a deceptive practice There was foundation on the pillow.

We didn’t have water for a whole day and wasn’t informed until we tried to take a shower. We asked for rooms near each other and the question wasn’t even given a response. Checking in the staff wasn’t pleasant and seemed very annoyed. However some staff was very sweet and nice throughout the stay.

Location was primal !! Rooms were very nice and clean. Pillows were amazing and so was the view. Plenty to do around the area. Really enjoyed my stay.
