You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe room smelled like a cigarette. The bathroom light didn't work and maintenance told me to tap the bulb after switching it on. There was an extra $20 fee for my pet that wasn’t mentioned beforehand. The pillows were not changed so I had to buy my own bedding including covers. Also maintenance was rude. Mentions pet friendly but there’s not even grass on the property for pets. Laying on the bed was like laying on the floor. Only one light in the entire room worked.
The location is off of Rogers which is great.

United States of AmericaCan't check in until 1-3;00 in the afternoon. Room 216 is awful. Definitely needs to be upgraded. Was nasty, filthy dirty, had White paint splotches on the unmopped floor, the mattress was awfully old and sunk in. The room smelt literally like diarrhea and made my stomach turn. It was so horrible even the air freshener did not help. I ended up leaving I couldn't stand it. You would think they would give those of us who are clean, quiet and who stays often a decent room instead of the worst one available. Refunds are not allowed.
I've stayed here a few different times and was fairly satisfied. Location was good. The staff was nice.
