The bathroom was a bit small but can't complain because everything was extremely clean. Overall it was small but for a short getaway it was amazing.

We booked very late and were not expecting such a great experience, especially for the price. It was big enough for 4 of us to sleep comfortably and we very much enjoyed being so close to the ocean with wonderful views.

Really nice motel to stay, near the beach . The room are big and confortable, it jas a little living room which is really nice with kids. Its the second time we are going and planned to go back !

Bedroom was rather small, but sitting area/kitchen made up for it. We were in room 2 and the train track is probably no more than 50 yds across E. Grand Avenue. It was loud the few times it passed, but no horns. There was also some road noise, but did not cause much of a problem. I would definitely recommend this place.

Good value! Had separate sitting area with full kitchen. We did not use, but had stove and oven. It also had a full size refrigerator and microwave, as well as kitchenware and a small sink. It had a Keurig coffee maker and K-cups were available in front lobby The beach was directly at the end of the property. In the morning there were small muffins in the lobby after 8 AM. Room was generally quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Entire area was very clean.

Could hear people moving around in upstairs apartment. No where to eat out of season!

The room setup of the room was real nice with a separate sitting area and sliding doors to the pool area. I especially liked the design of the building wrapping around the pool. Definitely one of my favorites in OOB. Look forward to going back!

Shower, toilet area was pretty small...a sink would be nice in this area.

Location, location. location! Room proximity to the beach. Split bedroom/sitting area w/kitchenette. Friendly staff.

Shower and toilet are in a very small room. But it is ok. It would be a good thing to have disches in this type of appartmwnt style room. There were only two cups. It would be better with plates and ustensiles and a few more. There are small cabinets to add some. From the description, ocean view I that the windows were more direct view to the sea.

Acces to the beach, for a long stay it is convenient, the fact that there is a separate bedroom. A clean and recent enough bathroom. Confortable bed. I appreaciated a charger.

My friends shower did not put out a good water spray . Otherwise very nice .

We were on the ground floor and could easily hear people above, next door, and in the parking spaces. Most of the shops and restaurants were shut down when we were there (October 9-11), so it was a challenge finding a place to eat near the pier. This would be a more lively place in summer or early fall.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful about restaurants in the area. It was nice to get the morning coffee and tea supplies that we needed. We did not stop by in the morning for muffins, but that was a perk. The suite was well supplied, for cooking simple meals, the unit was clean (if dated), and the bed was comfortable. Easy access to the pool and the beach was great, and it was walking distance (about a mile) from the pier. Proximity to Portland and Two Lights State park was a plus.

Room was quiet between the stated hours of 10pm and 7:30am. Location was close to the beach. Bed was very comfortable.

Not fancy but clean and comfortable. Budget-friendly. Right on the beach so could walk out and see an incredible sunrise. Not much breakfast but ate at a wonderful cafe recommended by front desk staff. Would definitely stay here again.
