I could hear parties in other units and the hallway. I had an electric vehicle and it would have been an unexpected bonus to be able to charge overnight in a safe close location.

A couple fixtures were broken such as a nightstand light plus a torn pillow which is no big deal but makes one concerned about being charged for the damage we didn't create.

The space itself was a perfect combination of sleek and comfortable. The distance between the bedroom to the living room created a nice privacy from the kids on the pullout sofa :)

We did not like that there was no physical staff visible and check in and check out had to be done either on your own or with a virtual concierge. As there was a tornado warning for one day of our stay we felt a bit unsure as there was no support to tell us what to do in case of emergency. There were some hick-ups with door codes etc but the support team was available by phone eventually. This would all not happen if there was a real person there as a concierge.

We liked everything about the property, from the location to the design of the apartment and the amenities. Well stocked with kitchen stuff and towels etc. as well. Comfortable beds and very spacious.

Family room could have had another coach or some comfy arm chairs to go with the loveseat sized coach (so entire family could sit comfortably).

Modern updated property. Very clean. Walking distance (almost a mile) to the Superdome and the French Quarter with some bars and eateries on the block as well.

It would have been nice if there was cable TV and not just streaming. The showers needed grab bars. The shower floor could have used some Tilex, but other than that the place was very clean.

The location was a few blocks from Canal St and the French Quarter. The Luzianne Cafe was next door and very good.

Urgent need for parasols for the balcony. Maybe overdue some maintenance. Both sets of patio doors in the lounge were out of order, meaning balcony could only be accessed via doors in the bedrooms. A few of the small bedside lights didn’t work.

Wonderful location and a beautiful building in a great part of town - 20 mins walk from Riverfront, French Quarter etc Penthouse apt has huge balcony plus loads living space inside.

I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t get the only tv in the apartment to work which was in the living room. I kept having trouble with connecting it to the Wi-Fi with the passcode that was given to me and I even tried troubleshooting it with the directions that was given as well

Some of the neighbors are aloud. If you are going with children, be prepared to hear noises rated "R." We had some problems opening the door pad. It was without battery, and we had to wait for an hour to be able to come in. We are going to be compensated for it. All is virtual, you can imagine.

The apartment was clean and smelled good. Rooms were nice. Bathrooms, fresh. Living room, great space. Kitchen nice. Beautiful apartment.

The sofa had unsightly stains, the front door did not autolock sometimes when the property was exited. We discovered this toward the end of our stay.

The apartment was incredible! Everything was walkable & close to streetcar, shops, restaurants. EVERYTHING from the beds to the cafe downstairs (those breakfast sandwiches!!) we’re above our expectations. We will stay again!

several light bulbs weren’t working and despite telling about it several times and being promised that they would be replaced, it never happened. so it was very dark (no windows and no light bulbs in the room).

I didn't like the fact that there were no TV's in the bedrooms or that the only TV in the living room did not have cable. If you don't stream there isn't really a good option to watch something decent.

The place was very clean and nice. It had a great private outdoor space where you could relax and have friends over.

Both rooms were out of conditioner. Other than that, everything was great.

Beautiful layout and very well kept. It felt very safe and the location was ideal. We will be booking this place in the future! It simply could not be beat.

Would have been good to have a vacuum cleaner and some basic cleaning gear for floors and surfaces. A few extra mugs and plates would also have been helpful.

Large clean apartment with comfortable beds and in a quiet neighborhood. Great place to walk around and lots of eating places nearby. Laundry facilities in the apartment were great though the machines were very noisy! Good to have washing detergent provided. Supermarket is very close so super convenient if you don't have a car.

The size, layout and bonus outdoor space was amazing, as well as being in a fantastic location for our conference. I had the best sleep despite having traveled 29 hours to get to NOLA
