Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very few dining options nearby, hotel breakfast offered very limited.
Room and bed very comfortable and clean. Grocery store nearby came in handy.

we seemed to be a bother to the staff member checking us in. The breakfast was just okay. I asked the cleaning staff where the ice maker was and that seemed like a bother.

no pool to swim in , no hot tub , they have been down for long time over a year and was not told that in add. Could have made a difference to stay had known that

The pool and hot tub were closed and that's why we stayed there.

Location was a bit off the beaten path. Breakfast food selection quite poor.
Staff was very friendly. Room and bathroom was quite clean. Bed comfy. Excellent price.

The carpet throughout especially hallways and elevator in need of a good cleaning or replacement. We were disappointed the pool and hot tub were not available due to covid.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.Room was clean and orderly and the bed very comfortable! The breakfast selection was wonderful. The staff kept everything fresh, full and clean throughout serving time.

carpet was stained/dirty. I didn’t realize the pool was under repair - wouldn’t have booked if I had known because we have 3 grandkids who were looking forward to swimming.

Was clean and quiet. Close drive to stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good but only went TIL 9:00 am. “Promptly” by 9:02 it was closed Would be nice if it went a little later.

Had to have housekeeping show me how to turn on and use the TV. There were two remotes and a multi-step process just to get it to come on. I'm good with electronics, but this was too complicated.
The whole place was clean and modern, and the rooms have all the amenities I like and use. Breakfast was good.

The swimming pool and hot tub have not worked since 2020
Expect an older, dated hotel with adequate breakfast with same old typical waffle machine, gluey sausage gravy etc. Stay was pleasant but unremarkable and that is not bad, the room was a little warm, the staff overworked and what travel is now with under staffed facilities and under maintained facilities

Rather remote and the only things in walking distance are a Mexican restaurant and a Red Lobster where we had a couple of nice beers and a pretty good meal.
A nice, modern building and a very good sized room. Plenty of free parking. Served the purpose of a stay between places.

We came back from a day out and our room was open. The top lock had been moved into the lock position to keep the door cracked open. When we had left that morning housekeeping was near our room and asked if we’d like our room to be serviced, we said yes, we came back a few hours later to the door cracked open. We figured maybe housekeep was inside still, but when we entered it was empty. We have very valuable items in our room and this oversight could have cost us a lot.
My family and I stayed for 9 nights, it was a wonderful stay. Housekeeping kept our room fresh every day. Our beds were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great. TV channels were good. The mini fridge was much bigger than expected, which was a nice treat. The morning breakfast is just wonderful. We had a great experience.

The carpet was nasty in our room. We passed a room and it was laminate so I'm wondering if they are slowly renovating the floors? Bummed the pool was STILL closed due to covid.
It was great for the price. Target very close.
