Pool was temporarily closed.

Easy on and off from I-275. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Staff were very freindly. Good breakfast. Typical: eggs, meat, potatoes, waffle maker.

The shuttle bus never moved during our entire stay we requested to take it to the airport & to local cinema <5 miles & it was not available. If they are not making it available then hide it as a possible service. The room was cleaned during our 4 days, which is okay with us, but it would have nice to have had the choice.

The Staff particularly Vinny were very helpful & cheery. The breakfast was buffet style I like porridge(oatmeal) for breakfast so I was happy. they do have a swimming pool & fitness which I didn't use but had I more time I might have

There was nothing to dislike about my stay. Except maybe more lighting in the room.

First I Don't normally do reviews but this place for the price was excellent. I took my father with me who has vision problems and the staff Was it's very courteous. The beds are very comfortable and the room were very clean. The hot breakfast was Delicious and the staff in the breakfast area was a big help.

Some of the room doors are hard to shut and open so when they close them they don't only just to slam but they also kind of scrape against the boarding of the wall so it makes it very loud as well as the pool is very dirty because a lot of families stay at this hotel and it doesn't look like they clean the pool light often and the breakfast and my opinion was about a six out of 10. There weren't many options. It wasn't that great, but they're worth some things that were okay to eat

The bags were very comfortable. The rings are very clean. You can tell that housekeeping actually does their job and the staff were all around. Very pleasant

The pillows were too soft for us. We didn't sleep well. The water pressure for the sink and shower was really low. It was not easy to wash hands with a trickle of water hitting the back of the sink.

We had 2 adults & 2 children registered to the room & we only had 2 bath & 2 hand towels plus 2 wash cloths. There were no sheets on the pull out couch, or left in the closet, where the blanket was. I thought maybe since we had a reservation & were assigned that room, linens might be in the room so I wouldn’t have to go to the front desk & ask. Not a huge problem but just a nice extra touch making the correlation btwn the number of guests registered to the room vs. linens/towels needed and having that ready in the room. 😀

We enjoyed the breakfast, felt there were good number of option for healthy eating & indulgence if one wanted that. The front office & kitchen staff were very pleasant.
