The rooms had an old mildew smell. I cleaned the rooms and bathrooms wipes with Clorox wipes. The smell was still there so I bought febreeze small spaces for the rooms to help.

The rooms were spacious and the staff were very nice.

Booking.com messed up the reservation and the staff person at the hotel had to fix it. I had all the documentation from booking.com, but the hotel had none of the documentation. Grateful that the hotel could fix that. Disappointed in booking.com for this error.

They advertise a 'Hot-Tub', it doesn't exist. Very limited equipment in 'Fitness Center'. No in-room safes!

Shower needs to be caulked and room was not cleaned during our 2-night stay. The front desk did not tell us we needed to request cleaning when we checked in.

Nothing to dislike! Just book!

ALWAYS enjoy my stays at this hotel! I frequent this location for in-city get-a-ways! The staff continues to be the BIGGEST asset! As well as the location! (Restaurants, Walmart, Meijer, Movie Theatre and more!) The rooms are clean and the facility is nice! They also had a partnership with a nearby gym to use the facilities! I will definitely be back!

The pool area didn't have much room or tables. Pool towels were really small.

It was cozy like home. The lobby and living room area was nicely decorated. The breakfast was nice, there were lots of options.

The whole reason we booked was for the advertised hot tub. We were in desperate need of a relaxing hot soak. Unfortunately the hot tub has been removed but the hotel has yet to take the pictures and info off their website. The confirmation email doesn't even give you a heads up that it isn't there anymore. That was super disappointing.

Our upgraded room was nice. It was spacious and felt more like being in a home. Continental breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and conveniently located.

No jacuzzi. Pool was cold. Towels were tiny at the pool. Use 2. Anyway the jacuzzi was taken out but it still lists it on the listing. And the signs are still up for it. And considering how cold the pool was, they really need a jacuzzi to warm back up. Road noise is noticeable.

The room was comfortable, after we turned up the heat lol. It has a pool. The view from the fourth floor overlooking the small lake/big pond was fabulous! The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The place was clean but someone dropped a coffee or something in the elevator and either no one had told staff or they were aware but too busy or understaffed. It happens. Not their fault.

Jacuzzi was closed. Which was main reason for staying at the hotel. Towel quality for three people in same is not enough. Towels are way to small on the pool. Its more for face. Please pay attention on changing the sheets on the beds.

Stuff was helpful and friendly. Overall it is good place to have some get away time.

The people who cleaned the rooms never checked with us to see if we needed the trash emptied, or if we needed clean towels even when we placed the dirty towels in the hall outside the door, as instructed. We ended up getting fresh towels from the front desk staff each evening.

The breakfast and hotel location was great! The facilities were clean and inviting. The front desk staff was very professional, courteous, and helpful.

Very crowded at breakfast time.

Typical hotel stay - rooms were clean and location was good with restaurants and stores nearby. Quiet evening even with a full hotel. Staff was very nice!
