You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was mediocre at best. I totally understand the continental breakfast idea, but the breakfast here was not what it should have been given the price of the hotel compared to others in the area. The coffee was a 5 out of 10. 
The rooms were good and the reception area as welcoming.

The hotel was clean and well located for our needs.

United States of AmericaThe only complaint we had was the breakfast. Would of liked to of seen some breakfast fruit ( not apples) both days we didn’t see yogurt out but saw guests with it. They served a lot of starchy foods.

United States of AmericaThere were no directions for the TV. Didn't know when breakfast was in the morning until I specifically asked. Didn't see it in the room or posted in the lobby. I was surprised that information wasnt in the room like in other hotels. Also the breakfast was good but not like the LA Quinta. Biscuits and gravy and sausage was a disappointment. Scrambled eggs can't be that expensive otherwise why would LA Quinta be doing it. Room prices were comparable.

United States of AmericaThe sign showing where to turn into the parking lot was not easily seen. It either needs to be larger or moved closer to the highway. It would have been nice for the housekeeping staff to offer to pick up our trash on the second day if our stay.
The room was spacious. The shower had great water pressure. The tub drained well. The room was tidy, except for the pillowcase behind the refrigerator cabinet. Front desk staff was very personable. The hall and outside noise was not noticed in the room.
