We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Water fountain in pool area did not work (probably has not worked for at least a year) and had rust all over it. Jaccuzi was luke warm at best. The timer did not shut off on its own.
Room was very comfortable. Great breakfast.

Breakfast was lacking due to the front desk clerk having to also manage a full dining area/kitchen at the same time. With a full hotel there should have been adequate staffing to ensure that food was prepared and ready for guests. The room that we were in was very small for a King room...barely any room to walk around the bed!

Air conditioning temperature control was not sufficient. It was either too cold or too hot, never just right. Breakfast needs help. The waffle maker did not operate correctly. Batter stuck no matter how much spray you used. I was not impressed with omelets.
Bed was comfortable. The location is good. Coffee at front desk great. I loved the dark roast. Staff friendly and helpful. Location close to downtown and other places.

First floor smelled of mold and some sort of beetles or bugs seemed to be all over the property (no fault of the property I’m sure as it’s Texas and we can’t control that). And shower would not come on.

Seems like Hampton breakfast offering is getting week. Regular Hampton customer and do not like getting gauged on rate because of a local event Only one I’ve machine on first floor end of building room was on floor 3

The ONLY issue that arose was the shower water wouldn't get hot for some reason. It would only get slightly warm. The water in the sink got hot just fine.
The breakfast was good, more/better than I expected. The room was excellent for my purposes and very comfortable.

I was assigned a 3rd floor room, end of the hall & furthest room in the hotel from elevator/services. My room was booked 5-6 months in advance & asked for a more convenient room as am 76 with luggage. I was greeted in my room by 2 live crickets. The matress had not been rotated & sagged on side of bed. The little fridge did not have a tiny freezer compartment to keep my cooler bags frozen for using daily.

I made my reservation on booking.Com. When I arrived at the hotel the on site staff member told me there were no rooms available. I showed him my confirmation he again told me no rooms available and never even looked up my reservation information.
