The only minor complaint to be had is the pillows. No support to rest. Too fluffy! We stayed at a few Hilton/Hampton Inns and pillows before this were a better comfort and support in my opinion.

The person who checked us in during the evening was very good. However the day staff wasn't overly friendly and seemed put out when I asked for my room to be serviced daily.

Location is great and easy to get to various places in Norfolk/VA Beach area.

It was quite noisy because it was near the airport and the road but that’s to be expected.

Very clean and had a really nice breakfast offered (they even had strawberry waffle mix). The staff was super nice and very helpful as well!

This booking was for a guest with an early morning flight out of Norfolk (ORF), VA. Upon checking in, we were informed that the shuttle was not available and told to call UBER ourselves. They would not arrange transportation to the airport. Your ad says "Transportation available to the Airport." Maybe it should have said "under most conditions."

Overall, a little too spartan. Some complimentary waters or other beverages in our room would have been nice or a self-serve bar and snacks would have been a welcome addition.

The place was clean and usually quiet. Our room was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The walls are paper thin. We were sleeping wonderfully in a super comfy bed as we had an early morning flight when our neighbors checked in at 10 PM and climbed in bed with us... at least that's what it sounded like. At first I thought we had a room with an adjoining door, but nope. Just a regular wall. We were up until they went to bed at 1am... and they weren't talking the whole time. *face palm* No restaurant on site.

A well appointed and clean room. Comfy bed with good quality linens. One of the few hotels in this price point that had a shuttle to the airport (driver was fabulous). Front staff were great!

I didn't like the set up of the room. I didn't like the size of the bathroom. I didn't like that the sink was outside of the bathroom. I didn't like the sheer curtains.The bed was leaning on one side.

I liked that is was clean. The fact that a housekeeper didn't knock on my door,after seeing the dnd,was great. Breakfast was a great addition.Suttle service is always a plus. The TV has a variety of channels. To top it off was the two staff members,that made my stay memorable. First was a nice lady,who set me up with the shuttle service,for Tuesday morning. Also,there was a very nice gentleman,Mr.Jonas,who had great hospitality.

I couldn't reach the front desk from my room phone or cell phone. My husband had to go downstairs to reach someone.
