Nothing it was lovely

Beautiful traditional Inn with a great location. The rooms are charming and come with all the toiletries you need. Breakfast is delicious and they provide home baked goodies each afternoon. The communal lounge is beautiful and has a communal TV too. Not forgetting Mike our host who was super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

It was relatively expensive, but more affordable than anywhere else in town.

Mike is a perfect host: very welcoming and helpful, very attentive. Freshly baked pastries were offered at breakfast. We loved the tasteful decor of the whole property.

I rented four rooms on one floor for four groomsmen and their wives. I did not stay there to try the beds. The wedding reception was across the street. The groomsmen and wives raved about the comfort, effort to accommodate a late arrival, the breakfast and congeniality of the owner. They not only raved to the parents who made the arrangements but by the end of the reception across the street approx 30% of the wedding guests heard the positive reviews and repeated the information to other wedding attendees. The groomsmen could walk to the reception. Not all of them had experienced a b&b so harbor inn was a gentle first exposure. I would not hesitate to recommend them. We are parents of the groom and the harbor inn cared for my son’s friends exceptionally even with a few unexpected detours.

The Inn is very charming. Only had the chance to use the common rooms a little, but they are nice. Cute front porch for an afternoon cocktail or morning coffee. The room was very nice, but the bathrooms are understandably very small. Breakfast was nice, muffins, ham & cheese sliders, tater tots, coffee, juice, cereal, etc. Innkeeper was very friendly and accommodating.

The sheets on the bed were too hard and the room needed more insulation you could hear pipes rattling and people moving about in the next room.

We loved Mike the host. He was so attentive and couldn't do enough for us.

Our first stay at a B&B and it was wonderful. Mike was a superb host. His mom makes the baked goods, the scones were exceptional! Huge front porch with rocking chairs. Perfect location, away from downtown and so close to the coast. Close to Mabel’s restaurant!! The BEST hot butter lobster roll ever!!!

Breakfast was great, homemade ! Mike was very willing to meet our every need. He knows the area and was able to make suggestions about where to eat, where to park in town and where the good beaches are .

Mike was a tremendous host, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We arrived before our check in time and there was nowhere to park in town. Mike let us park at the Inn. The Inn was beautiful and homely; obviously not as big as a hotel room but it was very comfortable and very well furnished. Breakfast was delicious and well prepared. Do I wish I’d booked for longer, definitely. Would I go again, yes. Do I recommend it to you, without a shadow of doubt. If you’re in the States looking for a home from home, you’ve found it.

Little bit of road noise when sleeping but earplugs took care of it quite readily (intermittent car noises bother me)

Great location, easy walking distance to town. Great front porch and a nice breakfast. There are also free bikes to use. Mike the innkeeper was exceptionally helpful and accommodating.

The cleanliness! And Mike the host was very personable and accommodating. The location was perfect! We loved that we were further from the downtown strip and closer to the coast. The food was also delicious! And we loved rocking on the front porch everyday!
