Plenty of things, but most of it "It's Vegas, what do you expect". Very crowded and lines to check in can take some time to get through. The whole thing with the "resort fee" is a bit tricky -- we booked two separate rooms in one booking, but I think the problem is that the price shown here on Booking.com is calculated from the price of the rooms and a _single_ resort fee instead of one per room, as it should. The hotel handles all payments themselves, and they first charge for each of your booked rooms as separate charges, and then charges the resort fee on site when checking in. There's a parking fee, and it was kinda tricky to figure out how to get out after you've stayed there (apparently you're supposed to keep your room key, which is something I've certainly never done or even been allowed to before, and scan it on your way out of the garage?). Obviously everything is extremely overpriced -- we were looking for a light, pre-packaged sandwich type breakfast, and of course the stale $5 sandwich is 20$, a drip coffee is 10$ and a bottle of water is 5$. But hey, Vegas.

First time staying in Vegas and this place matched expectations. Loud, garish, tacky and ultimately fascinating. Close to great restaurants (Mon Ami Gabi is highly recommended, absolutely fantastic food with a great view and really, not _that_ expensive). Seems like the room price is quite variable, so it might be a good idea to book and then keep an eye on the price and then re-book.

It was a bit challenging finding the way to our room The hotel is big and there are multiple sections where guests stay.

The room was extremely spacious and reasonably economical. The bathroom was really beautiful, fully equipped with two sinks, a nice shower and a great bath. Perfect location, close to the others historical hotels/casinos (Bellagio, Caesars..).

Disappointed having booked the Paris Hotel for the French experience only to be placed on the Horseshoe building and having to walk from Front to back to the connecting parking access to get to the Paris shops and dining each day. If there is a next time make that request NOT to stay in the Versailles section.

The quality of Mon Ami Gabi has gone down significantly since I past dined there. I had been bragging about it and was super excited to share with my guest, who reported it was about they same as iHOP. I agreed. super disappointed. Also, the pool staff started cleaning up chairs and telling people to leave at about 430, even though the sign said they close at 6.

They missed up and sold the room we were in to someone else. The people walked in our room then the hotel cancelled our key. I had to stand in line 1 1/2 hours to get the key fixed. They gave me a $100 meal credit but we were leaving the next morning early and didn’t have time to use it.

The cost of everything was over priced - similar to other hotels in the centre of the strip but the pool bar prices were obscene in comparison to other bars in the hotel. Also unable to use Caesars rewards as from the UK but everything was accessed through it.

The location and quirkiness- really like the Beer Park bar and the room was spacious and comfortable

Difficult check in and everything was very expensive. I would suggest offering a small discount for rooms when people are staying there due to a competition. We are already spending so much at your hotel just to come and compete.
