You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI would’ve given this an excellent and a five stars except there was no room service and there was no coffee shop open at night. We were there Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and the steakhouse was closed Tuesday and Wednesday. I still enjoyed our stay very much. We went to the steakhouse over at Harrah’s.
The room was nice and big great view of the lake.

Some knocked but didn't wait for a response before entering my room while I was getting dressed and some didn't even knock. At least 3 and all before 11am. Was so bad that I had to set the door stopper lock and let my own husband in because I was afraid that someone else would walk right in

United States of AmericaThe line to get Starbucks breakfast was terribly long. The staff worked hard and were nice, but they couldn’t keep up with the load. Harveys needs to get a bigger Starbucks and/or add a coffee shop pm for breakfast.
Huge spacious room, friendly staff, comfortable beds, elegant restaurant with good food, rather expensive.

United States of AmericaFelt like we got the "bait and switch". When checking in, they said our room wasn't ready and offered an upgrade, for a fee! But it was on a top floor with a great view. Be aware of double dipping on the resort fees when booking on .com and then making any change to your room on site. I brought that up to them at checkout and they refunded the additional resort fee. The hotel and the room were both quite nice, but our room stayed quite warm overnight despite adjusting the thermostat. Good stay and would stay again.
Nice property and best location for a 1 night stay and play. The room was nice.

United States of AmericaWhen booking room asked for extra towels coffee cream sugar never received them through my whole stay. Also asked at Harrahs. When booking through booking.com ask for rooms to be together rooms were not. I have also called Harris and texted them to please put rooms together due to mother being disabled and needed to be closer to her. when I got to Harrah's and I was not the only one there was other people in line are rooms were given to special guest before booking.com so my rooms were apart. I am disabled in a wheelchair your wheelchair lift was broke was reported was never fixed the two days I was there. I felt like going through booking.com you guys at Harrah's didn't really care about the people only the personal guest at check in is what I noticed.
