Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hotel was fully booked, had to park in the overflow lot, took a while to find it. Noise from the hallway can be easily heard in the room.
Bed was very comfortable. Room was nice and clean, good sized. Good location.

Either hot or too cold. Couldn’t have just a fan on. Makes no sense to give 1 breakfast adult coupon and 1 child when there isn’t even a child in the party of 2

The hotel charged me 200$ deposit for 4 rooms Checked out yesterday and deposit is still not back in my account. Never been charged a deposit before, frustrating.

Limited on-site parking. Slightly expensive for the additional breakfast. Not restaurant quality meal, but it was convenient and sufficient.
Conveniently located to our family. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Bathrooms not updated and ours was not clean.
Location is perfect for walking to tailgate/game day. Bar/restaurant and lobby area exceeded expectations for a Holiday Inn. Rooms were spacious and updated.

There is no towel on the towel rack so we can put it the floor so we don't slip & dry our feet.
ThaT the staff feels we as guests don't a need microwave in our room or a towel mat for when we get out of the showe

Location a bit far from the center of campus and not in a particularly beautiful place along the main road. I usually prefer buffet breakfast. The breakfast a la carte makes it difficult to have a quick breakfast when necessary.
Very comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

Upon check-in (which was at/after the 3pm check-in time) I did not request a later check-out for the following day but I am a member of the rewards program which it was explained to me is a "perk" that I could request however I did not think it would be necessary. The following day about 2 hours before check-out we had an unexpected emergency when we were offsite -- so I called and requested 1 hour be added to our check-out time. The desk attendant and manager were both VERY RUDE and not at all accommodating-- could care less about an emergency-- and ended up giving us half an hour MAX after I told them we would not be back by 11am. When we did return, we were locked out of our room -- thankfully a very nice housekeeper let us in to retrieve our belongings and we then promptly gathered our things and checked out (5 minutes beyond our allotted extra 30 minutes). I will NEVER stay at this location again and will never recommend to any of my friends or family who live near the area and have frequent out of town guests.
Came to the area for an event and knew this hotel was close to University and the event I was attending. The C-U area is also very familiar with this event and generally very friendly/accommodating!

The bartender refused to give us wine glasses for the wine we had in our room. We've never had an issue from hotel bars anywhere else we've ever stayed.
The room was perfect for my husband & I, as well as for entertaining our small group of family who also came for graduation.
