Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Parking was too expensive.
Location is good for downtown area attractions. The hotel forward clean and rooms were quite nice.

The smell. Probably could invest in some good air fresheners to give off that high end feel. And the bathroom wasn’t really clean. The pull out couch could be replaced it was worn down.
It was fairly close to good restaurant and the sports complex.

the breakfast was a little lacking. i wanted more variety, and it was hard to feed kids. nice juice tho.

It was dirty, still trash in our room from the previous stay. At breakfast we were given paper plates and plastic utensils. The pull out coach was broken and made an awful noise when you sat on it. The bathtub was still dirty…I cleaned it myself after I realized it was still dirty.

These are suites so we expected there to be crockery, cutlery and glassware for 2. There was minimal crockery and glassware and just one fork for cutlery. Minimal cooking paraphernalia, e.g., no bottle opener. Reception did provide plastic cutlery and eventually found one bottle opener.
Friendly staff, great breakfast and great guest laundry.

Sink had a huge crack that was partially repaired but black with mildew or stains. Ketchup or food stains splattered on wall near door.

Breakfast did not have enough options, it was pretty basic food, but it was very tasty. Overall, the hotel is located far away from any attractions but if you're looking to be near Texas A&M, which was the purpose of our trip, this is the place to stay
Suites are extremely spacious. Hotel is very clean and neat. We didn't use the outdoor pool but it was a decent size and appeared clean. Breakfast was delicious although the choices were few. The parking lot is enormous and the hotel is located right off the highway with a few restaurants in the same parking lot. Lobby area is cozy and newly remodeled

the main thing is it needs updating but that's about par for many hotels in the area.
The staff were so very friendly. Any issues we had were delt with immediately. The decor is dated but beds were comfortable They still have daily room cleaning if you want it. Brandi was super helpful and very pleasant. Yolanda was very outgoing and ready to help and very friendly. Monica was an absolute excellent breakfast host. She was right on top of keeping it tidy and always a smile. DeAnthony was working alone on Christmas day. our refrigerator messed up and we told him when we came down for breakfast. he was on it and got us a replacement option before we finished breakfast. Always cheerful. Every worker we encountered from from desk to the cleaning team we're super nice This makes me want to return on my next visit to the area

TV was small. Rooms not quiet. Could hear other people in other rooms. Carpet in the room was horrible, old and ugly.

Breakfast said they closed at 10 am and by 9 am the cook had already cleaned the pots and said the weren't cooking anymore eggs, potatoes, sausage. The manager had to tell her to make more food because more people were there.
It was a nice stay, very clean, very spacious.

You could hear people upstairs walking and when the water shut off in the pipes, it was VERY loud.

The carpets need a good deep cleaning.
The staff was exceptional! The 2 ladies who checked us in were wonderful. We felt not only welcomed but wanted. The breakfast was quite good.
