If you wanted a real breakfast it cost money. Their continental breakfast isn't much at all.

Location was good. Hotel and staff were great. We would stay there again if we ever needed too. Rooms were good and spacious.

The continental breakfast was disappointing. There were no options for protein (no yogurt, no cheese, no hard boiled eggs, no milk, no peanut butter). The fruit wasn’t fresh.

The room was comfortable and quiet; we didn’t hear hall noise nor noise from neighbors. Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of parking.

When fan ran on low it made noise. This would not keep me from staying here again. Let frt desk know when checked out. They apologized and said they would check it.

The outlets seemed to be worn down. One of them was sticking out from the wall and when my daughter plugged in her phone the charge would go in and out.

The layout is a little strange because it is also a conference center. Continental breakfast was a little sparse.

Overall it was a good value. We were traveling with a pet and they accommodated him. It really closed to several restaurants.

Firstly, it says dog friendly hotel, yet no where on the website mentioned an additional $50 per night if you have a pet. I was told that upon check in. Nothing in they reservation process mentioned this either so obviously this is an unexpected unadvertised fee. I spent the first night with my dog, since I was visiting family I took my dog to my aunt’s house the next morning. ended up deciding to let my dog stay there. I asked the hotel for a refund of the second night. The front desk guy came around to check and verify my dog was not there then walked back with me to the counter to supposedly ‘process the refund’. I was told it was done and requested a receipt of this process. He told me to come back in the morning. Next morning I’m in a rush, I called for a late check out which they accommodated for an hour, however we ended up leaving before the hour. I was not present at check out, and the reservation was in my name. My other party dropped keys off and checked out, was never issued a final receipt- but told it was all taken care of. I was unable to physically go back myself due to time restraints so I’ve called and left a message for the assistant manager, he’s never called back. I’ve called again and left my number and a message for a call back from management- nothing. So basically, they’re refusing to issue my refund and no one from management can get on the phone to rectify a guest issue. Secondly, I woke up to 4 different random changes that didn’t make sense from my bank, I addressed this with the front seat and was told they were holds, but the amounts were so random and did not even depict any of the actual services I was paying for, so much that my bank declined the 5th one in concern. however that was later dropped. Customer service is horrible. Obviously, I’d never stay there again.
