Missing a sheet. Phones in room not connected. Tv remote didn’t work. It staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Free coffee was hard to find but available. We got a lot of laughs due to these situations.

Advertised free breakfast and got there and wasn't any. Pool was sandy and lining coming up. Bathroom had teeth in a cup on counter. Food stuck on end table. Refrigerator and tv unplugged so had to plug everything in. Put on second floor and no elevator and had someone that shouldn't take the stairs.

Outdoor pool was in definite need of a new pool liner. Kept tripping over while swimming with my son. Shower head in the bathroom was gross. Cheap fix that’s been overlooked for a while by the looks of it. We decided not to shower the last morning of our stay. 100% overpriced but for the area I can accept it. Anywhere else this would be sub $150

Good location and nice that it had an outdoor pool. Not sure there’s anything else that stands out. Quiet even considering some guests took over the pool in the afternoon of our stay.

Carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, stained sheets, outdated facilities/fixtures, so much furniture stuffed into the room it was difficult to maneuver around it, toilet didn’t flush, no breakfast let alone coffee unless you wanted to make it in the room I understand it was a Saturday night in the middle of summer and anticipated to pay more BUT … at $275 for ONE night the hotel most definitely could have done better, I minimally expected a clean, updated facility and should have been very pleased for the price I paid, unfortunately the whole experience fell way short

Rooms were all horrible. Had to go down 3 times after checking in at 11pm. The rooms all had messed up bathrooms that doors wouldn’t close. We were given adjoining rooms after asking again. The problem with that is the room had boot curtain, no hot water, and the toilet didn’t flush. I went down stairs again to tell the woman. She said ok I’ll deal with it. Next morning I tell the guy at the desk, same story. Get back from Mohegan (we had a basketball tournament) and it’s still not fixed. Now the woman downstairs saying oh well I told the kids and you all decided to still take that room, thing is that room was the original one we were given. I can change your room but it won’t be adjoining. It was a mess. No elevator either. Also breakfast Saturday morning was just watered down juice when it was advertised as much, much more. Sunday morning I went to check and they covered the signs with a paper like the website doesn’t say continental breakfast. All around horrible experience. Fridge in rooms barely worked either. Kept food just under room temp. Had to throw all the sandwich meat out.

The pool was very nice to have. Grand kids really liked it. I would suggest hiring a service to keep it up for you. It can be a more valuable piece of the property.

The price was perfect and the Hotel was as expected for price. All the staff encountered were helpful and very courteous. Hold on to the lady at the desk as she is definitely an asset!

Where to start. Outrageous price for a dump. No free breakfast. In fact nothing to eat at all. No coffee anywhere except make your own in the room. Weak terrible coffee. Vending machines out of service. Same for ice and soda machines. No wifi. Cable service was analog only. No tv directory or wifi password or guest services information. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The fact that the bedside lights were not plugged in. Also the refrigerator was not plugged in or cold and basically never got cold. Also microwave was unplugged.

Not very clean, specially the bathroom. Some things are clearly falling apart, but my main issue was the dirt (random hairs in the bathroom sink, tub and toilet. Dirty toilet). Mini fridge did not work at all.

Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Loved the marble as you walk in, very pretty, was very quiet, staff was very nice and anything we needed they were right there for us.
