Clean rooms and the beds were really comfortable and the shower was great.

Very clean nice room. Friendly check in attendant. The only thing I would say was the dinner wasn’t all that and all my family got their food except my salad came after everyone was done eating. Tried the breakfast in the morning and the cook was late coming to work and kept telling us 2 minutes about three times. She was rude, the cook. Felt sorry for the server cause she wasn’t all that nice with her either. Server was very nice. Over all good food…. Just need some work on the whole eating experience with organization…..

It’s a tiny bit dated. The rugs in the elevator need to be cleaned or replaced. The AC in the lobby was not working.

The property was fine. Conveniently located. The room itself was great.

The elevator inspection certificates expired in 2021. They seemed to run okay, for the most part.

The staff was very attentive and helpful, especially considering they were willing to accommodate us bringing 3 bikes and 2 bike trailers into our room. We frequently take bike tours into Folsom, so this was very important.

The air/heat was more like a window unit with a loud fan. I was expecting central air like the majority of hotel. Especially a Hilton that you would expect from them. There was a younger guy amd girl running up and down the hallway like they were playing chase. They were both laughing like children but old enough to know better. Very annoying and just when i was about to mention it to the staff they stopped. The day staff checking in was good but the early 4 am female seemed like dhe wasn't happy but who would be at 4am but still. Pretend to like your early hrs job.

We stayed in room 214, the AC was hit or miss and seemed to have a mind of it's own. It took way too long to cool the room off but very fortunate for us, we were never in there long. Overall it wasn't bad, the incidental charge caught me a little off guard as well.

The pool area was hard to get to, it was very cooled and not real clean. Had many leaves and other things floating around.

It was close to historic down town. Our room was clean. Greeted by staff and they answered questions about town.

We appreciated that the breakfast was optional. I was really glad we didnt opt for it when we saw the huge crowd of teens there. Not your fault, of course!

I could smell cigarette smoke sifting into my room. Must have been someone smoking in another room, tough to control this one.

Our waitress was amazing!! the morning of Sept. 18th 2021. And I love that I can control the temperature in my room. comfy bed! Nice big rooms with a good chair to sit on.

We did not like the set up and price info for the breakfast. It was very unclear the scribble on the blackboard what you pay for what items and we did not like the area close to the reception with people coming where the breakfast area was located. There was no sugar free items offered for example sugar free pancake syrup. We decided to have breakfast somewhere else. Sorry...
