Small thing but sheers at window still covered quite a bit of the window and ocean view even when open. The ocean view is the draw and the window treatments obscured it even when pulled back all the way.

Since it was off season things were either not open or closed early, but that is to be expected. It was pricey, but a nice clean place. Having the games on TV in the rooms would have been nice.

We always enjoyed it here when it was the Dunes Hotel. Now it’s the Hilton Garden, and it was very nice and clean, and nicely decorated. It was really refreshing to see the upgrades. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast food needed some improvements, but other than that, it was a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning.

The mattress was firm and uncomfortable. Nothing worse than a worn out floppy firm mattress. The food at the restaurant took awhile to come out and both meals we ordered were over cooked and burnt. We had two drinks comped which was unexpected.

Hotel is clean and has a restaurant located in the lobby. It’s just north of the boardwalk and I’m close proximity to other restaurants. Employees are cognizant and engaged.

Loved the large rooms, decor, walk-in shower. We stayed a couple years ago and enjoyed our stay. This time with the renovations, it was outstanding! Beautifully done!

A familiar lament---the beds seemed very basic and not just firm, but dense and unforgiving. My middle and upper back were not happy.

The view was wonderful and the accommodations overall certainly met our expectations. Our room was very tastefully appointed, especially the bathroom. We both noted the substantial sliding shower doors--very upscale and beautiful. Overall, the entire property was exceptionally nice, clean, and inviting, and the staff was very courteous.

I wish we did not have to check out at the front desk. I'd prefer to just leave my card in the room and text that we are leaving.

Check in was quick and easy. The pool was nice. Service by all employees was on point. It was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at.

The only thing I would change is having an extra blanket available in the room for the pull out couch. I did not ask. for one, because I did bring my own. Otherwise, amazing service and exceptional hotel.

The room had a beautiful view of the water with a walk out balcony. The entire room was updated, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel is right on the beach which makes for a quick walk to the ocean. There were many amenities including an indoor heated pool which we utilized. The food was delicious and the bartender, Christopher, was wonderful. The front desk staff was prompt in checking us in and everyone we talked to had amazing customer service.
