Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Expensive for one night & noisy!!!!!!! Could hear planes land all night, could hear the neighbour in and out & even them having a shower.
Great location, super friendly staff. Awesome shuttle service.

I asked when I checked in if I could extend to a 3pm checkout which the gentleman said won’t be a problem. It will be $20 per hour which I thought was reasonable. When I asked at the desk in the morning they said they could not extend for to availability. When I did check out at midday there was another guest organising an extension with an another receptionist which got done reason was ok. I did not raise this as we had already out of the room. Over 1000 rooms with guests arriving at various times as well as air crew and they could not extend for 3 hours. A poor end to our out nights stay.
The shuttle service from the airport worked as I had read in other reviews.

Cleanliness or lack there of or was it just tired. It was noisy. It sound like workman were next door until about midnight. I was so disappointed with your restaurant. We both had gnocchi. It was so so ordinary.
It is so hard to find a positive. Its shuttle service is a great benefit of the hotel

The noise from the planes taking off among landing. The room was not prepared with soap, water and kettle. I had to request one.

It’s really tired and all the rooms need a makeover and upgrading. The bathrooms are small and dated.
Location near the airport is great. U er cost $28.00.

Food options limited or poor value. Staff in Bistro, bar and restaurant not very cheerful, in fact rude in the Bistro. Late check out of only two hours should not be chargeable to an Honors member.
Good and well appointed room. Nice size for a basic room. Everything was there.

Although close to the airport the planes are quite loud from our room! Half expected though.
Close to the airport with safe parking. The staff were so helpful at the desk and also in the cafe!

The room was quite small compared to others we had stayed in during our month long US trip. The room was quite out dated.
Location was great. Nice a close to the airport. Lobby was spectacular and there were loads of choices for places to sit, have a drink or find a bite to eat.

The beds were horrible, but we only stayed the 1 night, parking is pricey especially if you stay longer term so we had to book elswhere for the week, and we had a noisey room, possibly cause we booked through an app vs direct?

Rooms were not that clean, lot of dust on surfaces. When tried to use the coffee machine, it wasn't cleaned at all. Reported that to reception.

Our room was a little dated the shower was particularly difficult to operate.
It was convenient for our first night before we moved on our trip. Hotel exterior and lobby was very modern and felt high end for price we paid.

The charge for early check in. I was declined my early check in offer for $45 through Booking.com because there wasn't capacity but when I arrived at 9am it was available for $70.
Easy check in and loved the baggage hold. Easy check out. Room and bed were very comfortable

Furcon convention going on while we were there took over the place, people walking around wearing animal masks is not needed at a Hilton. Made the lifts and lobby unusable at times
Transfers to airport, clean room, pool was nice and warm, staff decorated room for my daughters 16th birthday was nice

Only negative was the very loud and annoying dance group which were at the hotel at the same time - they were pretty horrendous but we're chilled so didn't bother us too much.
Room was nice. Restaurant served good quality food.
