The hostess guy at the restaurant acts like he does not want to be there, zero welcoming. We had our breakfast included in our reservation and when I asked him, it was I asked him, he had no idea about the hotel policies. Related to this as well, the guy at the front desk also had no idea the hotel policy about reservations with breakfast included, I was actually charged for this and had to stand my ground and had them issue a refund right on the spot at check out. The room bathroom is starting to show its age, towel holder starting to detach from the wall, tub has areas peeled off.

Been here a few times, perfect location for my needs. Efficient and helpful front desk and lost and found staff. They arranged to ship some clothes we left in our room. Pool service guy nice and friendly. The waitress at the restaurant was amazing, respectful, quick.

We have stayed here for many many times throughout the years always a great stay. Unfortunately ever since it was sold or merged or whatever happened that they are NOT affiliated with UF like they used to be, the value has significantly dropped. The staff was nice. But before it was like a UF party now it's just a hotel. We will not stay here again.

the food at the restaurant was not good and charred my steak after I paid $50 for it. front desk staff was rude and charged my card twice for incidental ls and said they didn’t know why it happened so now I have a hold of almost $500 on my bank account.

The room was nice but not very clean. The coffee service tray and coffee maker were not wiped down. Very dirty. The lamp was stuck to the table from not having been wiped beneath... Obviously in a while. There were crumbs on the floor near the head of one bed. The tub had soap scum build up on it. I'm a housekeeper myself. It would not have passed inspection by or for me. The rest of the room was good.

The staff, All of the staff, were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the Hotel was very convenient to our doctor office we were visiting and to lots of great places to dine out at. Our view on the third floor overlooked 300+ year old Live Oak trees! Gorgeous!!

Booked and stayed two nights. Housekeeping never made the beds, brought new linen or tidy up the 2nd night . The room was nice, acceptable, but too far from main entrance or lobby for a wheelchair handicap person. Was unavailable to take a shower. Facility was NOT wheelchair accessible.

Bed was very uncomfortable. I also noticed my card had been charged twice. I was refunded one of the charges, however I had planned to pay cash for the room. When I asked to do that at check in I was told I had already been charged for the room and it would take 5-7 days for a refund to be issued. When I tried to explain that I chose this reservation because I could pay at the hotel, the person was rude. I thought staying at a Hilton would be a better experience than some of the places I’ve stayed before, but that wasn’t the case at all.

The shower and appliances are a little outdated vs some of the other Hilton hotels I have stayed in. I also didn’t like that the breakfast wasn’t included in your room rate like it is at your other hotels.

Breakfast in a full service restaurant would have made the stay better. The Cafe staff was great but the lack of seating and a real breakfast was disappointing.
