Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI didn’t like the fact that my hotel didn’t serve no pancakes or waffles for breakfast. I had to walk down the block to look for pancakes and waffles. And I also didn’t like that I had to pay a fee when I had to check-in my hotel 🤔🤔
The location is great. I had so many attractions such as Dave n busters , TJ Max , Senegalese restaurant, Macdonald nearby my hotel and also the bus station.

United States of AmericaFront desk workers were not very attentive and sat enjoying their phones. One worker was a little rude when I asked where to get ice- she said *floors 4 through 8* I asked if it was marked clearly on where to go or if it was close to the elevevator, she rolled her eyes and repeated *floors 4 though 8* I got off the elevator and saw a sign for vending and ice and followed it a ways. Some one staying in a room saw me hunting for it and he helped me find it and even pushed the button for me to dispense the ice. There are no vending machines-just ice but it is free. This floor was not as nice as we were staying on as tiles were falling, holes in walls, smelled like cigarettes, and windows were dirty and rougher looking. We were provided 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, 2 wash clothes and a towel to stand on. We did not get more in our 5 night stay as we did not ask for room servicing and we could never ask for any at the desk due to them helping other customers- we were just over looked standing there waiting so we would just go about our day. The outside automatic doors did not work. Window drapes look old and maybe dry rotting as there are multiple long tears and holes but they still block out light sufficiently. The shower curtain has rips along the top. There is an old clothes drying line you can pull out and use which was helpful. The towel racks are very rusty on the underneath bars. The toilet is WAY too close to the tub. The shower curtain will rub and lay right against the toilet which seems very unsanitary. There is no tv guides or channel line ups, no menues, no local advertising pamphlets, no instructions to contact desk or maps to find anything in the hotel, no Bible. We booked a double bed room that stated microwave included- there was none. There are 2 lights at the door of our room entrance, 1 worked but would flicker occasionally and 1 that did not work at all. The photos used for *Booking.
Beds, bedding, pillows were comfortable. Location was excellent with close bus stops. The Silver Spring Station is very close and can be walked or you can catch a quick bus. Lots of good food and stores within walking distance. This area feels and looks a bit more safe with the lighting than some other locations we visited but you will still run into a few sketchy people. The water for a shower gets really hot if you turn it on properly. You have to turn the knob left and completely go past (cold) keep twisting until it stops and then twist it backwards- if you don't fully turn it, it will never warm up. There is an iron and board,, hair dryer, mini fridge, tv, Cuisinart coffee pot that can brew 1 or 2 cups at a time, a few packs coffee, creamer, 1 paper travel cup with lid, soap, shampoo, conditioner and an ice bucket with 2 glasses. There is a safe but we didn't try to figure it out. Elevators were clean and working. We never saw rodents or bugs. Restraunt cook was friendly and gave us extra creamers. There was an outlet beside 1 bed, double outlets on 2 lamps with 1 being used for the provided alarm clock. A/C was in working order but you will have to adjust it as soon as you go in as it feels like they wait until you arrive to turn it on. You can adjust the temperature and fan speeds. The joining rooms were quiet as well as the hallways but we believe there were not many people staying on our floor which was on the 10th level. The streets were pretty quiet for being a big city but a building was being demolished across from us so there was some noise in the mornings. We had a very nice view of the street from our big windows. There is a small round table you can move, a comfy office type rolling chair and a folding luggage seat.

United States of AmericaThe rooms could use a chair as my room only had a desk chair. A broom and pale should be available for light cleanup. The water damage was present on many floors including the common areas makes it seem as the property is in desperate need of repairs.
The staff was responsive kind and courteous. Granted us complementary early check in and late check out since I was traveling with children. In addition securely held our luggage on the last day to do some shopping.

United States of AmericaWhen I arrived I was told I would have to move to a different room the next day because the original room that I booked wasn't available. Moving in the middle of my stay due to overbooking or a hotel error is not a customer issue but a hotel issue and should not interfere with the hotel service that we are paying for.
Leo is awesome, very professional and made our stay better.

United States of AmericaThe heat blared all night long. It was a warm day that day, and there was no way to adjust it. We were sweating all evening long. Normally rooms have a adjustable thermostats… this one had one, but it was permanently set to one temperature.
It was a nice room of nice size. Nicely decorated, clean, and within walking distance of the event we were attending.

United States of AmericaLighting in the room was really dim.
Hotel itself was ok. Strong smell of smoke on the floor we stayed and the room had cosmetic upgrades but still seemed a bit old. The absolute best part of the hotel was the location and proximity to the music venue and the mall up the street.
